The only purpose of this app is predatory data gathering

TwoTreesOffices serves no other purpose than to give away your personal data to Two Trees for their own benefit. They argue that this is for security purposes but an anonymous key fob system would work just as well without employees surrendering their personal phone data only because their employer rents a space in a Two Trees building. The only alternative they offer is a 100$ key card that the employees have to pay for, I think employees should be able to opt out entirely if they don’t want to participate in this predatory data gathering operation.

Crashing on iOS 17

Since I upgraded to iOS 17, TwoTreesOffices keeps crashing. I deleted several times and reinstalled it. However, as soon as I login to it, it will crash. I restarted my phone and it still crashes.

Now I have to bring two phones every time I go to the office so I can get in to the building. One phone has iOS 16 which has the two trees app and my day to day phone. This very annoying.

Shameful

Horrible absolutely horrible two trees is shameful the only purpose of TwoTreesOffices is for the real estate company two trees to harvest our data. They already presumably make lots of money as landlords but I guess they felt the need to steal and monetize our cellphone data as well in the name of “security”. What a joke I hope they go out of business

Horrible app

App just doesn't work. Its clumsy and doesn't open. Also who needs a whole app for a barcode? Incompetent management with greed for your information.

Sometimes

Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Most consistent way is to jump over the turnstile or tailgate! Keeps you in shape!

Horrible app

As others have stated TwoTreesOffices is horrible, Bluetooth key almost never works and two trees refuses to do a simple update and enable the nfc key which their turnstiles support

Location Services always on???

Why does two trees need to know where I am ALL THE TIME? Ridiculous.

New App

So far the new app seems like a great improvement for the building! The digital access will be super helpful for employees and guests while also making the building more secure. I look forward to seeing what else it has to offer!
