Great in theory

WeightLossApp , while for the most part intuitive has some flaws. Things become greyed out and are unable to be re-opened. The main issue I have is the recipes. They do look good but the measurements are difficult to say the least. You can’t give me a recipe for cookies and say to use ~ 0.0 oz or even if it’s switched to metric ~1 g of baking soda. It’s impractical, especially in a baking sense. Give exact measurements. Or for things like eggs saying one or two is a lot easier than giving something like ~22g. I get that it’s personalized to your goals but even so it’s definitely not the best way to go about it.

Good start but I'd love more!

I love the interface and how smooth WeightLossApp flows. I like the idea of not counting calories because that can become daunting and too much work sometimes and there isn't a single mention of it in WeightLossApp . I think WeightLossApp can become something really nice and it's going in a great direction!

I would love more recipes because I find that to be one of the things I need most when trying to be healthy and balanced. The choice of options provided look great I but I think many more would be beneficial. Especially meals that can easily be meal prepped or cooked in multiple servings.

I also was a bit confused on the overall plan part. I like how the meal plan is set up and it gives you options for workouts but it's something you need to put in manually. I would like it if a workout plan was provided along with the meal plan that included exercises and things to get an easy and quick idea of what you can do for the day. I do like the provided descriptions of them though.

Overall I think WeightLossApp is very nice I just believe it needs more to it. It's cute and easy to use and I think it could be even better!

Easy to use and wallet friendly!

I enjoy the ability to tailor fit a plan specific to my lifestyle and my goals, and you can spend the extra money for it but you don’t have to. Without spending any money there’s a plan in place to reach my desired goal, and it’s achievable. There’s no weird/rare/hard to find ingredients on the meal plan. It’s 100% doable for anyone and very easy to navigate WeightLossApp .

Great Potential, Just Needs a Few Tweaks

I’ve really come to love using DAYDI! The interface is not only user-friendly but also runs so smoothly that it makes the whole experience enjoyable and straightforward.

One of the features I truly appreciate is that there’s no calorie counting. That can often feel like a chore, and it’s refreshing to use an app that doesn’t focus on that. I believe DAYDI is on the right track and has the potential to become something truly special. However, I think it could be even better with a few additions. For instance, I would love to see more recipes included. When I'm trying to maintain a healthy and balanced diet, having a variety of meal options is key for me. The current selection is good, but expanding it, particularly with meals that are easy to meal prep or cook in bulk, would be a huge improvement.

Another thing I found a bit confusing was the overall plan feature. I appreciate how the meal plans are structured and that WeightLossApp offers workout options, but it feels like you have to manually input everything. It would be fantastic if WeightLossApp provided a complete workout plan alongside the meal plan, with specific exercises laid out for each day. The descriptions are helpful, but a bit more guidance would go a long way.

Overall, I think DAYDI is a great app, its cute, easy to use, and has so much potential to become even better! I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve

Great Concept!!

WeightLossApp has a lot of potential in the way that it lets you set a target weight, how fast you want to achieve your goal, what your current activity level is, and what you want your body to look like in the end! I enjoy apps that are more about losing/gaining weight through exercise rather than logging your diet and macros.

GREAT WEIGHT LOSS APP

I’ve only had WeightLossApp for a day now but I was very satisfied with the overall layout of WeightLossApp and the features that create a tailored plan to my specific body goals. I only have the free version right now but I would very much consider purchasing the full version to receive the maximum benefits of the innovative app!

Actually really decent app

If you are some one that is truly trying to lose weight, learn about dietary issues, need routine or just over all health concern this is a great app!! It has amazing pictures to help guide you and even gives you tips through out your day! It helps plan shopping for your diet and meals.

Easy to navigate and plan

I love the fact that this does not count calories, but brings up the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Sleep, water intake, hours of activity per day, etc are just as important as what you feed your body.

I also love the the shopping list WeightLossApp provides with the recommended recipes!

I think that WeightLossApp is really great I would truly recommend it if you need to lose weight quickly. WeightLossApp is also very affordable a easy to use. I also like the fact that it teaches you what to eat to lose weight and which exercises to do. Definitely should download!

Exactly what I am looking for!

I can’t say that I have been this amped up for a new weight loss program, ever! It was super easy to sign up with my information, yet still asked all the right questions. I am very happy to see new ways to lose weight, especially virtually. Not counting calories? I’m there! Can’t wait to see what the results are in a few short months!

Ok WeightLossApp is way different from anything I’ve ever tried before to lose weight. I struggle with ADHD and usually fall through on my plans due to the planning of it all and execution. But this is incredibly easy with the shopping lists and recipes. Takes all the hard work out of planning meals and lists. Plus the workout features tracks my calories burned as well.

Written instructions alone aren’t quite sufficient; adding visual aids like images or diagrams would enhance the experience by clearly demonstrating each exercise. Easy to follow

I downloaded WeightLossApp and was happy with how easy it was to make a plan and see how easy the results would be or at least how easy it appeared to be to reach my goals. I am not naïve so I do know that it’s not going to be as easy as it looks, but I’m willing to give it a try. The only thing that was a drawback for me was the fact that I had to pay for the plan other than that, I’m happy with it, look forward to using it soon.
