So I bought the paid version of this app and today when I try to use it I get a notification that says “Error, you’ve exceeded your current quota. Please check you plan and billing details.” Problem is there is nowhere to check plan or billing details. There is no settings tab and when I go into my Apple ID under subscriptions, it show that I paid the yearly fee and doesn’t renew until next year. So now my app doesn’t work and I’m out of the yearly subscription. When I went to get help, there is no such thing but only reviews here or most asked questions. No support to be found and if there is support it is imbedded and not readily available so I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone will respond and fix this problem or give me a refund.

I purchased the pro version of this app with the expectation I would be able to ask unlimited questions, receive fast, smart, creative AI responses. I asked one question and received a great answer. I have never been able to ask another question. Error message says I have exceeded my current quota. It tells me to check my plan and billing details, but there is no way to do so from the app, there is no contact information provided, there is no system preferences icon, there is no customer support. I went through Apple to request a refund of my purchase.

Purchased a full year and paid up front. Was able to use it for about 5 minutes, before it crashed and booted me out of the app. Now it’s just the screen with the purple ‘chatster’ logo and says ‘loading’ at top. Have completely swiped out of the app, and still same thing - even waited for a few minutes to see if it would work to no avail. Want my money back.
