I’ll get a notification stating someone texted me; but I wont actually get to view it in the chat for a while longer. It’s very annoying. Please fix this issue at the very least to make PopUp more usable. Thank you

Account got suspended with no warning and no understanding of why it was suspended or for how long.

They can match you with CHILDREN. Very dangerous and unacceptable. This should not be allowed to happen PERIOD.
I don’t know what happen, but my account got suspended and I don’t know how to get it back or how long I am suspended for.
Got messages hours after actually receiving the message
Sending messages they get it but I see there messages by notifications but not popping up on my screen then need to fix this
I don’t recommend getting PopUp mainly because it will tell you someone has sent you a message but wont actually show the message until HOURS later if not DAYS later. Absolute waste of my time.
First off, I tried verifying with my phone number, and it wouldn’t even send a code. Second, once I just logged in with my Google account, it asked for my gender, and to put an avatar/profile picture. Once I selected it, it wouldn’t take me to the next step. So, I couldn’t finish setting up my profile. I don’t recommend.
Like I said it’s a cool app but my messages don’t go through for days
There are other apps that do these things better, but it could be a good introduction to personality assessments and AI chat. I’d recommend Pi.ai over this, and there are much better personality assessments in the market as well.
PopUp is very glitchy and the message don’t come in 15-45 minutes
