Force Stop the Earthlink Connect App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Earthlink Connect app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Earthlink Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Earthlink Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Earthlink Connect app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
