MyMood.ai is using up all of my Phone storage. It a growing every day. Now up to 9 GB!!!! But I’m deleting my Pics. What’s going on????

To resolve MyMood AI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MyMood AI App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyMood AI » click [Force Stop]

Clear MyMood AI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyMood AI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyMood AI.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyMood AI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyMood AI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyMood AI
