How to fix Bluey app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bluey app on iPhone
Update Bluey app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bluey iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bluey on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bluey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bluey Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bluey not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bluey App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bluey » click [Force Stop]

Update Bluey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bluey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bluey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bluey.

Fix Bluey unable to contact server/ Bluey internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bluey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bluey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
