I uploaded my photos to Retrato and started waving. I've been seeing a spinning circle for more than a half an hour now. I know the processing is on the backend so it's not my phone. There's no warning. What the heck?

How to fix Retrato app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Retrato app on iPhone
Update Retrato app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Retrato iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Retrato on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Retrato network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Retrato Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Retrato not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Retrato App
1. On android, goto Settings » Retrato » click [Force Stop]

Update Retrato to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Retrato App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Retrato » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Retrato.

Fix Retrato unable to contact server/ Retrato internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Retrato » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Retrato » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
