Unlike other reviews, I had no issue getting the points/credits added to my account when finishing games. I made $15 relatively quickly actually. That said, when it came time to cash out they required a bunch of personal information, including your Social Security number, photo of your ID front and back, as well as a photo of yourself, and then it kept saying they were unable to verify me. I have many other cash back and pay to play apps that have never asked for such detailed personal information to cash out a small $15 payout, and I’ve never had issues getting payouts from those apps. I don’t understand why such security measures are taken on this app, and I can only assume it is because they have no intention of actually paying their users. Unfortunate, but not the end of the world. Is there a mini better apps you can use. Just wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

I did everything the cash back deal for Chime recommended for me to do to receive the $240 KashKick deal. They just try to make it seem like you didn’t follow the rules exactly so they do not have to pay you. They paid me for the little deals that were all less then $20. However, the $240 apparently is not something they are willing to pay out. I had screen shots of everything showing my payroll direct deposit and screen shots of the rules they asked you to follow. They just keep telling me that I didn’t follow them exactly. It clearly states a payroll direct deposit of $200 or more within 30 days as a new Chime member. Don’t waste your time with this app because when it comes down to it they will find a way to say you did not do everything correctly. Doesn’t seem like they are really willing to pay out the bigger cash back deals.

I am baffled that Apple will even allow such an app in there store. I went online and signed up for KashKick and clicked on the monopoly game that says you win up to $120 once you achieve so many levels. The first reward had to be reached in 8 days to receive $30 and I accomplished it in 5 and that was on the 15th. It advises u to make in app purchases to help achieve these tasks. I sent multiple support ticked and NOONE has reached out to me. I did everything right even turning on the app tracking so that my progress could be recorded.

Once I noticed that they scammed me I filed a dispute with Apple and only a 10% credit was issued. I’m currently disputing this in another manner.
