Every time I try and select my child’s bus the app crashes and closes out.

I tried to use my moms email to send the code, but it said it was not valid, even though my moms email is fine. I tried my school email, and it said the same thing even though my email is fine too. Moderators or app-makers, or just a person who knows, please respond and tell me why this is happening.
Doesn’t show bus location sometimes

When it’s working, it’s great. My child doesn’t have to wait at the bus stop long time. I know that the bus might be late due to traffic or what’s not.
But sometimes it doesn’t show the bus location or boarding status. Then we don’t know if the bus is operating or not.
