I purchased 2 books with my sons face. I tried to "sign out" to create a new account to add my daughters face, so that I could make 2 more books for her, but then I realized there was absolutely no way to sign back into the first account. PersonalizedBooks doesn't make any sense! I just lost $14.99 because I can't sign in!!!
PersonalizedBooks doesn’t work. It keeps failing to upload pictures

I deleted PersonalizedBooks since I keep on trying to upload the photos but not working PersonalizedBooks also wants to access all the photos rather than keeping the selection only limited to what you want to put in the book.
PersonalizedBooks is a rip off! Luckily, I only signed up for the one week trial. It lets you make a book which takes forever, but then you have to purchase the book without ever seeing it. Very confusing. Not user-friendly. I’m glad I didn’t spend the $40.

I purchased the book and I loved it but I cannot figure out how to get it as an actual book. I thought that was what I was getting when I paid for it. I will wait to rate once I get help with this. Thank you
I did have a problem with a few pictures and emailed customer service multiple times but they were able to get back to me and are working on fixing the problem. Other than that I was happy with the photo book and how the images turned out

I’m so impressed by how good the quality of the story and illustrations are. We tried some of the other custom story book companies before but those look too stick figure, emoji, gimmicky and not really like my kid. This is like your kid is in ToyStory type of quality. Or Aladdin or Cinderella. I was shocked, it was made very fast and a very affordable price. Easily worth double of what they charge. Hopefully they don’t raise their prices because of that comment!
