Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Poteau app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Poteau app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Poteau app on iPhone
Update Poteau app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Poteau iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Poteau on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Poteau network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Poteau not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Poteau app issues:

Force Stop the Poteau App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Poteau app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Poteau to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Poteau App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Poteau app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Poteau.

Fix Poteau unable to contact server/ Poteau internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Poteau » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Poteau » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Poteau on android.
