My ring doesn’t even populate in the list. It connects to an app called LeFun, which appears to be for watches. The first go round, the ring connected to LeFun for about 2 weeks. No troubleshooting fixed it. After another week or so, I tried again and it connected. We’re on day 2 of connection. We’ll see how many days it lasts this time.
Do not buy. Only connect for first few days to LeFun App. Once had to charge didn’t work after that
Can’t even purchase one,have tried to order over and over and just doesn’t work. Have lost interest now stick with my watch,and then they send an email with a super duper code and that doesn’t work and it’s the same promotion they have online but don’t tell anyone

Just like everyone else is saying the ring does not sync. Well the ring does not sync to app.
Same issues as everyone else. So frustrating.
My ring is connected on my Bluetooth through my settings on my iPhone. VITALRING cannot find the ring. It does not load. I have tried to remove VITALRING and reload it numerous times and still does not Find my ring!
Vital Health Ring won’t stay connected to the Lefun app. Support said that the Vital Health Ring app is best for IPhone users. Still won’t connect. I gotta read the warranty better next time.
SCAN ALERT Ordered 11/1, received 12/11. Could not connect to app so tried to return. Was told it had a thirty day return policy and the thirty days was up 12/1. I did not receive this for forty days after it was ordered. SCAM
Should’ve read all the reviews on this prior to purchasing. Have been trying to sync the ring up to an iPhone Bluetooth. Plan on returning this wish me luck.

I tried to use VITALRING to pair with the vital health ring I bought many times, but it doesn’t pair or work at all! I wasted money and time buying the useless ring and attempting to pair it with this useless app!
I read reviews on ring should have read VITALRING reviews . Will not pair Ring doesn't light up . Trying to return and they are offering 50% off to keep ! It's useless ! Do not buy
I am really disappointed that my ring won’t reconnect, and I’ve only had it for about a month. I’ve tried everything, but, it still won’t work. Are there any fixes??
Downloaded VITALRING for the ring and it isn’t connecting through the Bluetooth. The menu in Settings shows the phone can and has connected to the ring, but VITALRING refuses to recognise the ring at all. VITALRING that the near microscopic QR code in the “manual” pulls up does read it. The input for height doesn’t allow feet and inches, just feet. No decimal input, app looks and feels like it’s unfinished. How this garbage ring gets such high reviews elsewhere is incomprehensible to me. Trying to decide the best way to get a refund for this piece of trash.
