Seems to have great potential, but has been glitchy for me so far(iPhone 14 pro max). I uploaded a photo of the project I am working on seamlessly into RenovateAI . However, RenovateAI crashes before I can even use their tools to manipulate the image. I have had to delete and reinstall twice now. I have not paid for “full access” yet, but the functionality at the “user trial level” makes me wonder. I see a lot of 5 star reviews, maybe I’m the only one experiencing these issues, idk…

RenovateAI currently holds the best infrastructure I've used for renovation ideas. You can select specific areas to alter, input your own ideas as reference for the AI to go with, and it also has a few other cool features, plus has given realistic potentials. That being said, the AI still has a lot of learning to do. Many times I'd get botched results, not what I asked for, or things that are flat out attainable. I think if you want to charge a premium price, these features need to be trustworthy.

This is a horrible app. Do not purchase.
I wanted to be able to add a picture of my room and then add different pieces to see how it would look and then re arrange as needed. All I can do on your app is upload a picture and have your AI analyze what is there and then change my picture to one of your pre designed features which are completely out of touch with what I would want in my room.
I am extremely unhappy with RenovateAI. I feel like I am paying to teach your AI how to analyze pictures
Ridiculously misleading description of what RenovateAI would offer.

I have clicked on the “don’t ask me until later” checkbox regarding feedback, at least 10 times. Yet every time I’m trying to do anything it pops up and asks me for feedback. It’s like a millennial child who had helicopter parents that is off at college for the first time.

Am I doing okay? How about now? Look am I doing good?

Tried many AI app around this one is comprehensive. Many tools and AI modes for home interior and exterior. I and my wife have saved over $20,000 in design and contractor fee as this helped us visualize and design our ideas without paying exorbitant fee to agencies.

I’m a real estate investor. RenovateAI is easy to use for a low tech type like me and will be very helpful in showing my vision to contractors going forward. Thanks

Don’t waste your money. App is glitchy and the company doesn’t respond. I emailed them over a month ago with no response to date. They won’t reimburse your money. I asked for a refund on day one after realizing that RenovateAI wasn’t what I expected and have had no response. What kind of company doesn’t respond to customers? Don’t waste your money!!

I am sorry, but I must ask for a refund. RenovateAI is not capable of what you’re marketing it as. I downloaded RenovateAI for virtual staging and the images come out distorted and it also renovates the walls/windows & floors even when I ask it not to. If this portion of RenovateAI is something that is still in progress, then it shouldn’t be advertised.

I was looking for a game my mom played and this was not it,it wo’s the wrong app but that’s not what this reviews about.I thought that RenovateAI would be free though I have not played because I left upon hearing it was not free,I don’t think that I would be worth the demand but I’m sure it’s a fine game.

If I need to use Midjourney, Dalle 3, or Stable diffusion, I will type the prompt I need. Why pay an app that gives you low quality prompt copies and frequent error messages?

RenovateAI takes 5 different tries and 15 minutes to process one image. It gets relayed to one of the AI image generators.

This is what’s wrong with the trend. It’s not innovation, just a money grab riding on AI hype.

Use a real generator and type your own prompts. Read a book for style guides. RenovateAI is terrible, the content is terrible, the guide is terrible, the UI is unorganized. It’s made for SIM players, not for real use.

Not what is advertised at all. Features are difficult to use and mostly do not work. App is extremely difficult to navigate. There is a reason why they don’t have a free trial option and make you pay before you can even see how it performs. STAY AWAY.

Downloaded RenovateAI for a 3 day unlimited trial. However, once my photo is uploaded to edit, RenovateAI constantly freezes and crashes, not letting me move forward. This is frustrating and RenovateAI can’t even be used. Canceling my subscription and deleting RenovateAI .

On the latest iOS, RenovateAI isn’t ready for prime time. What it promises to do looks great, but I keep getting error messages and long loading times. It needs a major update before it can be taken seriously.

I was trying to take a picture 📸of my space but RenovateAI said “You renovationed to much and you NEED to upgrade to pro.” I tried to delete one of my projects to open up some space but again it said upgrade to PRO. I am soooo mad

Haven’t taken the full access yet, but just trying to visualize a room of our house. RenovateAI says Something went wrong, try again later. Not sure if I want to spend money without even trying it.

RenovateAI is ridiculous, it landscapes my driveway out of the picture, removes my access to the front door by putting a pond in front of it.
So not only does RenovateAI do nothing of value I was billed $119 in less than 48 hours.

Support, create account and custom buttons not working. I also want to only get tile ideas for instance and RenovateAI changes all sorts of other things. Frustrating.

I was looking forward to using RenovateAI but have found it to severely lag which causes a lot of frustration. Trying to get a refund but no success. Sad to see this didn’t work to its potential

I bought pro on the website and it said I would have access to RenovateAI ! When I downloaded RenovateAI it wanted me to pay again! I tried logging in and everytime I clicked to log in on it would just bring me back to subscription option! Im P******. I spent $10 for nothing! It also wont let me click on terms of service! It just does nothing.

Just purchased RenovateAI yesterday. I didn’t even have the chance to try out any of the features before it said I had used the maximum amount of Renovations and would need to upgrade to Pro. I had no idea there was a limit. Very stingy, since I had only taken around seven pictures and playing with the different styles. All I got RenovateAI to do was to replace my existing furniture with the same size and shape, just different style. Kind of fun, but not even worth the $10… plus I thought I could at least play with the basic version for a month before deciding if I wanted to keep or upgrade my subscription. So I’ve decided to cancel. I did not intend to pay $10 for a one day trial… total scam.

I canceled my subscription right away when I saw you can’t even tell the items used in the pictures generated. Yet I still got charged $10 for a weekly rate. The free week trial said expiring soon but still charged before that ended. I switched it to $2.99 weekly rate which, was not an initial option, incase it kept charging me. Then I went to immediately cancel again to try and see if that’d work. I requested a refund right after I cancelled that for the previous $10 I was charged and when it said to select item Apple says I have nothing purchased? I’m feeling scammed! I can’t get a hold of the developer

As someone who's always knee-deep in some kind of home project, I've tried a bunch of apps, but Renovate AI takes the cake. The 3D models are so lifelike, it felt like I was moving real furniture around. And the material search feature? A total time-saver. RenovateAI's becọme my new sidekick for all my DIY adventures.‌       ​

RenovateAI is not where it claims to be in capability wise- it’s an over-promise and under-deliver situation. Super glitchy, complex to use, can’t undo a single change and have to undo everything. I think Remodel AI is superior. No trial period, I purchased a yearly subscription because it was much cheaper that way versus monthly. I deleted RenovateAI within an hour of using it because it was not good, and immediately requested a refund which was denied twice despite my feedback being supportive of a refund and my use of only one hour. Not cool.

This site is not user friendly at all. I paid for the weekly subscription so I could try it out, I have not been able to log in with my laptop. The email I used for the subscription was a Hotmail one. It lets you use whatever email you want once you’re paying, but it never made me create an actual account. So now that I’m trying to log in, I cannot because you can only use a Apple or Google account. It should have told me that from the beginning. Such a headache.

There was no free trial so I paid and that was a big mistake. It’s expensive and it doesn’t do anything! Nothing works and even then what it does is just let’s AI play with your photo. You don’t get much control over anything. It’s very much in development and an over promise. Terrible waste of money.

A review popped up asking how I liked the program. I just purchased it and was having a hard time navigating. I thought they would offer tips or tell me how to find them and my screen was instantly frozen on my sad face review and will not let me in again.

RenovateAI is absolute garbage. It should be categorized as a game because the results are completely unpredictable. Just random stuff like my entire front yard was pools of water and piles of rock. The next attempt my house was a pile of geometric shapes. I requested a refund as soon as it posted to my account (took over a week to process) but Apple refused. Based on the high ratings for RenovateAI, it looks like the developer is getting people to change their ratings after they leave a negative review. Well too bad, you can keep the $10, but I’ll let everyone know your app is a poorly thought out rough draft. Definitely released before it was ready.

Literally awful. I just wanted to change the cabinet colors and the wall color. Didn’t have the colors I wanted in the options. Tried the a.i. portion of it and it completely remodels the room to look like a millionaires home. When you ask it to generate something, it does the opposite of what you ask. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Waste of 10 dollars. Thank god it wasn’t any more than that.

I was amazed by RenovateAI and loved it! Unfortunately, I hit the “renovation limit” within about 3 minutes. I didn’t want to pay $10 a week or $40 a year for a simple project. Frustrating.
