I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 since 1001Novel reached out to me and solved my issue. I wish I would have received a refund for the coins I didn’t intend to buy but they did make it right by providing them to my account which I can now login to. Once I received their customer service email and was able to contact them they responded quickly. I’m going to give it another try however I won’t make the same mistake as last time. If I pay for coins and they disappear again I won’t try again.

I was very excited to read some of these books and so I paid $4.99 for 500 coins. Then the coins disappeared before I could unlock a chapter and would not come back so I thought it didn’t go through and paid again. This happened multiple times before I could actually start to read a book. I read 23 chapters and went to sleep. When I woke up all the chapters were locked again and the remaining coins (a little over 300) I had were missing. So I paid for more which again would show and then disappeared. I was charged for $40 worth of coins and only was able to use $10 with a little over 300 coins still missing. I requested a refund from apple for the $30 worth because I never received them. Also 1001Novel asks you to sign up for an account and every way you try it shows a error and doesn’t sign you up. I will be really upset if I don’t get my money back and I think 1001Novel should take a deep look at their coding because at this point they are just stealing from their customers.

Do not download or purchase , I tried to purchase coins for 5 dollars and it charged my card 21 and some change luckily my card was locked I tried it again just to make sure I pressed toe right one and was still charged to 21 and some change don’t buy anything or download app unless you like to have you money took them my all means do it

I just got 1001Novel because I saw a very interesting story I wanted to finish. 1- I bought coins that have mysteriously disappeared even though I signed in with my email. 2- the book I am trying to read keeps closing every time I try to read the story. I emailed and haven’t heard back from anyone. DO NOT BUY!!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Keeps logging me out & not letting me sign back in. I had bought coins & it charged me more than the amount it said & then the coins disappeared so I couldn’t even use them. Deleting immediately.

I purchased coins to read. They charged my card but did not give me the coins and there’s no one to contact with this company.

I gave 1001Novel 3 stars because I love the story but it would make it more enjoyable if you guys would give us bonuses or an easier way to earn coins by watching ads or videos just a suggestion, instead of earning only 5 coins per day and you to wait to collect another 5 coins the next otherwise you to wait awhile before you can read only one chapter!

Do not download 1001Novel! I signed in and bought coins. When I looked again it said I needed to sign in again as a new user. The coins I purchased were gone and the chapters I already unlocked were locked again. I’d give zero stars if I were an option.

Tried many a time to log in using my Apple ID. Deleted app downloaded 1001Novel again and still can not log in using my Apple ID. Very disappointed. I do not want to use the Google or Facebook login.

There is a serious defect in chapters loading. The chapters don’t complete and cut off. You need to go back to the master chapter list and click again and again for the full chapter to load. Also, when you click said chapter, it goes to the middle of the next chapter. There are serious bugs in 1001Novel. This will be my last time using it and I will be deleting it tonight.

Actually love reading stuff exactly like this minus the coin part it's actually really addicting so good would definitely recommend

Daran deserves all the punishments I can't put this book down. He should be speechless seeing Janet is alive, and Harper should soon be kicked out of the scene.

This is the first escaped mother book I read that the male lead actually is helping the mother but not having a bischy mistress. That makes Edison a qualified father/male lead of a book, he deserves to be with Meryl.

Took my money when I bought coins. The chapters won’t load, they didn’t give me the coins and it won’t even let you sign up or sign in an account. Go somewhere to read. This is not it. Very unhappy. Only had it for 10 minutes and I hated it.

I’m in chapter 112 of the Luna is gone and I now have to wait to read the additional chapters because they won’t load. Keep receiving this message that says the story will be updated soon and never is. Waste of time and it’s been over 24 hours.

I downloaded 1001Novel for The Luna is Gone and was give 15 check in coins but no option to earn more coins or option to watch ads for free chapters. So unless you want to fork out a lot of money, it’s not worth it. Wish is said because the book seemed good.

Stories offered on 1001Novel is great, but are expensive. And even after paying a hefty price to these great stories. You’re left confused because every other chapter is missing.

I have been reading a story and 1001Novel stopped. Needed to Top Up so I bought more “coins” which they charged me for, but never showed in my balance. Went to open the story again and it’s put me back at the beginning of the story 🤬

App must have a glitch. Tried to read the first few chapter when it froze and couldn’t proceed to the points section. So when I opened the book back up, the part that was free was skipped and went straight to the points section. And I couldn’t scroll back to finish reading the free section. Good book so far, won’t go any further because of what happened. Dreame spoiled me. But Amazon books subscription has spoiled me more.
