I also live in NY and XiaomiEarbuds can’t connect to my Redmi 5 Pro earbuds. I tried disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth, forgetting the device and trying again, I checked my permissions, and I tried manually pairing five times.

Not sure why it doesn’t work, but it’s basically useless. 🙁

I cannot connect the Redmi Buds 3 Pro, seems it is not supported, even when I try to use the manual option, is this going to be fixed?

If you want to know the percent charge in them, go for it. Else it doesnt offer anything. Disappointed with redmi buds 4 active as the volume is too low and XiaomiEarbuds was supposed to help in audio settings. Waste of time

Awful, the Xiaomi app doesn’t allow to connect the FlipBuds Pro. The earbuds aren’t detect besides the type is not listed into earbuds available. The iPhone interface is basic so many the options for FlipBuds are able to use

I just bought a new pair of redmi 4 pro. They connected to my iPhone 13 mini instantly but XiaomiEarbuds cannot find the earbud even though I follow the exact instructions of opening the case with both earbud inside and press the button until the led starts to blink. I have tried all afternoon and to no avail. Please fix.

I live in NY and even though I could connect the earbuds to my phone’s Bluetooth, XiaomiEarbuds doesn’t pick up the earbuds to connect them to XiaomiEarbuds . I would really like to be able to connect them so I can use the features but right now XiaomiEarbuds doesn’t pick up the earbuds.

Hi, I have the Genshin impact Klee edition of the Redmi buds 4 pro. I can connect to it using regular bluetooth but can’t connect to the Bluetooth on XiaomiEarbuds . I would love to use this application. I hope the problem gets fixed soon

Just got the Redmi Buds Active 6 and they don’t stay connected. I’d have to go through a bunch of steps each time. I’d just pick settings and then hope I like them and that they stay on the earbuds when not connected to XiaomiEarbuds .

XiaomiEarbuds works great and I love the layout. It’s very easy to use. However, whenever I try to create an account, it says my email is invalid. I’m not sure if it has to do with me living in the United States or something? But I’ve had my earbuds for a couple years now and would like to be able to update them to the latest firmware and I’m being prevented from doing so due to it saying “The address you entered is invalid”, which my email address isn’t invalid. If anybody can help me out that would be amazing! Please and thank you!

I had Apple air pods before. Much better integration with Siri and they connected flawlessly every time. Not so much the Xiaomi: very spotty with auto connect, Siri does not respond at all.
Also to check battery status: sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t

Hi, can you add support for Xiaomi Flipbuds Pro please? I couldn’t find support for those earbuds.

I have recently purchased this, and I am unable to pair that with XiaomiEarbuds . I hope they make some changes to XiaomiEarbuds .

I got earbuds and i keep accidentally opening voice assistant whenever i try to put my buds in my ear. It doesn’t have “none” option for press and hold gesture.

App works nicely. If you set the region to mainland, china, it connects. But if the buds are already connected to the phone and then XiaomiEarbuds is opened, it (XiaomiEarbuds ) fails to connect to the buds. You must keep XiaomiEarbuds open while opening the lid. It's weird

Most of the earbuds has options to turn off any gestures but in XiaomiEarbuds there is no options to turn off “Press and hold gesture” and Redmi buds 5 touch and hold gestures can’t turn off. Even the gestures work with my pillow 🙂. Its so annoying. Please add option to turn off “Press and hold” gesture.

Had all the issues of not finding the buds in app. I went around asking customer service, they said switching your region in XiaomiEarbuds to “China mainland” and restart XiaomiEarbuds . Worked instantly lol

Can you add all the functions that are on xiaomi, such as noise reduction and other functions

For people who don’t know. I got terminal buds 4 Harry Potter one. I live in USA so I picked United State but it can not connect or pair the buds ! But once I changed region to china mainland .its worked!!!

Works great! I got Redmi Buds 4 Pro and XiaomiEarbuds works perfect, I can use all features, just make sure your buds are OEM
