How to fix Music X Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Music X Pro app on iPhone
Update Music X Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Music X Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Music X Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Music X Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Music X Pro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Music X Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Music X Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Music X Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update Music X Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Music X Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Music X Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Music X Pro.

Fix Music X Pro unable to contact server/ Music X Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Music X Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Music X Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
