Stick Hero - Tower Defense Reviews

Let me get this straight: it’s a decent game, with it comes the news. Copying. They are just copying off video-game characters such as a not so “Blue” and “Green”, from Rainbow Friends on a good establishment called Roblox. They also copied down “Huggy-Wuggy” and “Mommy Long Legs” from Poppy Playtime. If they came up with new, original characters, I wouldn’t even be writing this review. But NO, it’s too DIFFICULT to make original characters. It’s a good game, in all. I’m just noting that they didn’t make characters, they stole them. Make sure to have a good time, developers, trying to ruin kid’s childhood by teaching them how to copy and paste from other video games. When they get sued from Trademark and Copyright, make sure to tell them that it’s okay to steal other’s ideas!

I saw the game on clicker heroes thought it would be interesting, game apparently has a user agreement despite being a small stick game, as normal for me if i wanna avoid ads ill turn off my phones internet since a solo offline style game does not need internet, welp as pthers mention once u get to level 3 u have to watch an ad even if ur internet is off meaning u cant progress. If u wanna watch ads by all means watch em but this game does not have enough content in between the 10-30 seconds ads u will watch on average i would think for every 60 seconds of ads ull watch its roughly 20 at most seconds of gameplay

I have no problem with ads but when you flood the game with ads it’s no longer fun. I understand you need ads to make the game free plus you also have to get paid but it’s to many. You give the character a low amount of points, as you are beating the enemies you noticed that you need to watch an ad to double your point’s just to beat the boss. Or you will watch an ad just to get a weapon but you have to watch another ad to double the points to beat the boss.😒 Great game but to many ads.

it’s kind of fun but really weird especially with the castle thing and the girls…
it doesn’t get much harder when you level up and it’s pretty easy so you cant get that addicted to playing it
its a classic mobile game and the type that you’ll find in an ad break, its not original and you’ll probably only play it once or twice but its fun for a bit i guess

the animation for the boss thing is cool when it smashes through the towers though

The game concept looked simplistic, but like a fun concept to pass time. I got it to play around with it for a little bit, and then noticed something. Some of the enemy designs are blatant copies of Poppy-Playtime characters, such as Huggy Wuggy and Mommy Long Legs. I haven’t played the full game yet, but that’s because it’s riddled with ads and got very repetitive very quickly. Overall, if you want to get this game cause you saw the ad, go for it. But expect a bunch of ads, and stolen copy-pasted characters painted a different color.

I never have been seeing games like this I only see it by the tile but when I download it it doesn’t look like it and I get really upset but you have made my day thank you for working hard on making this game I really appreciate it and don’t listen to your haters out there

Seems repetitive but I haven’t gotten far enough to tell. Even if it is, if you haven’t at least tried to make a game, then you wouldn’t know the struggle. A game is a game, and one or multiple people put time, money, or both into it.

Downloaded cause it kept advertising in another game I play. It’s somewhat entertaining except for an ad after everything. I can get through it for the most part. The part that’s making me delete the game is something that is completely unnecessary to the game. “Seduce some girls”. Like really?? You have to run up and slap their bottom?? Disgusting considering the fact that you advertise this game to children.

When I see these types of videos in ads I usually don’t download them because it’s a whole completely game based off of the ads but this one was honest and I respect that

So it’s an amazing game it’s just that there’s too many ads like why and whenever I try to build my castle it just won’t work so pls fix this and put the notch down on the ads.

It’s literally one of those ‘addictive games’ with a bunch of ads after every little action you and it’s poorly made, like an app similar to this. You lose the game? Get an ad. You won the game? You get an ad. You wanna go back to the menu screen?You have to want an ad!

Go play subway surfers for a quality experience of what a mobile game app is supposed to be.

Games assumes you are a straight male. When you put the people in your castle, you can put up 4 of the female characters but only 2 men. Options should be given or make everyone genderless.

Hello! I’m giving you beyond five stars because I love this! I love how you used Rainbow friends and Poppy playtime for some of the enemies! So cool! I finally found a game that actually looks like from the ads! Omg! Download this now!

When I saw the ad for this game I thought hmm this would be a pretty fun game to have. But, every time after I beat a level, an ad pops up. sometimes it’s the same exact ad I had the last time. also with the girls, it’s pretty weird. Please fix this.

It doesn’t work. I like the game, but I just hate having to watch a video to unlock ANYTHING so I bought the no ads thing for 99 cents, and it is still making me watch videos for everything. The game is decently relaxing other than that, so I didn’t give it a one star

I paid $.99 for no ads, but in order to play levels 4 and above you have to watch an ad for each level. Also, weapons will appear in the previous castle and you can move your player to retrieve the weapon, but then you can’t move your player back to continue fighting more enemies. This game is a ripoff!!!

I would give this game a higher rating but…. You’re bombarded with adds and is Impossible to avoid these ads the continue button is blocked by an ad so no matter what you have to click on an ad to progress pretty messed up if you ask me delete asap simplistic money grab

It’s a fun game and just like the ad I saw the game on but there are wayy to many ads. And it won’t let me upgrade my castle anymore. I’ve tried to watch ads or buy the upgrade and it won’t let me

You are probably looking at the title what do you mean it looks perfect! But when a played it the deeper you go in the game the more weirder it gets there is a whole level where you smack girls butts I mean like why? So do not download this game because it is not for kids at all!

As you’ve seen in the other reviews, there are major problems in this game. Such as frequent ads, glitches/bugs, and copying off of other’s work. Nobody likes constant ads blocking their screen and ruining their fun. Also, you shouldn’t steal other’s work because it’s popular. You should’ve created characters that are unique to themselves, and the game.

I, personally think that the ads are going too far. There have been problems like, ad blocker not working, upset playerbase, etc. First and foremost, some players have been playing the game and have bought the ad blocker. Guess what? It didn’t work. In my opinion, and others, the same. The idea that constant ads are supplying you with money and us, not being able to play it, is horrendous. You shouldn’t profit off of people’s time just to get money because you have to keep your app up and running.

Overall, I think that you should very work on StickHero itself and care about the reviews, and the players that play it. Don’t think, “Hey, I should just ignore my game’s players and just keep profiting off of their own time and use it to make money and keep my app running.” And care for them, for us.

Without the in-app purchase for no ads, this game can be very frustrating. There’s a lot of ads in a short time frame.
I like that the no ads purchase is only $0.99 though, makes for a quick purchase to be able to play this game how I want to:
Hours of fun
Easy transitions from one level to the next.

While the assets from other popular games and videos are a bit lazy, they make it so not every enemy is exactly the same, and honestly makes the game funnier.
I love seeing a stick person beat up a huggy wuggy silhouette. It makes me giggle.

Overall, I think this game is a decent time killer. Something to play while waiting to do something else.
I think it could benefit from more sounds, maybe some more original assets, and more creative level design.
I want it to be a bit more puzzling. While I can mess up in a few levels, for the most part I can pass a level first try. A higher difficulty might be something to add.

I also recommend monthly aesthetic updates. Currently, the game is still decorated for Christmas. Which is a little frustrating considering it’s March. There’s also Jack-o-lanterns in some levels, which feels out of place.

I just wish the ads was every five seconds if it was every five or ten minutes because some other games will take away from this one which one of them I downloaded I will check that out next it looks fun but good luck hopefully you see where I’m coming from because it’s a good game I see more from it in the future

There’s ads on the bottom and when you fail a level you can watch an ad to skip the level but even if you choose not to you get an ad! There’s like 7 seconds of gameplay per 30 seconds of ads even if you don’t die you get an ad in the middle of gameplay and when you win you can watch an ad to multiply your reward but there’s very little space to tap if you don’t want to watch the ad but EVEN IF YOU CLICK YOU DON’T WANNA WATCH AN AD WHICH IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE YOU STILL GET AN AD! please fix the ads! You money hungry devs

I love this game in general but what makes me want to uninstall it is because there are 60 second ads ever time you play level, it asks me to choose a weapon I grab one… 60 second ad, I reload the game and click no thanks… still gives me a 60 second ad, if the creators of this game are seeing it you NEED to get rid of 1/2 of the ads, now a 20 or ten second ad every time you complete a level, that is reasonable, but a 60 second ad every two seconds you try to do something makes it so hard to enjoy the game, and when I first got it I was so happy I finally found a game where you have to merge them together and kill the boss, but the 60 second ads ruin it. Thank you for your time, I also know your trying to make money to improve your game but please lower your ads

I rate StickHero a 5 star so other people can see this. Not because the game is good. These ADS ARE TERRIBLE they have a momo add and momo literally made someone unalive themselves the game is okay but it’s way to many inappropriate adds. I am very concerned about the little kids who are playing this game and as a teen I wish for this change to happen please fix this problem. I have seen so many inappropriate adds on StickHero and it needs to be reported and fixed immediately. Also this game freezes a bit too much, it will stop and exit me out the game then it won’t let me click to build my castle. Please fix this game and these inappropriate adds..

I’m just putting this at 5 stars so it goes to the top. Little kids are playing this game and it’s kind of sexual. Including Twerking and,”seducing girls” as a level..?.. This game also has to many ads. I know they need to make money off of this game but, that’s just too many ads! Every single second playing an ad pops up! Ads? Their everywhere! I know what your going to say,” it’s says 12+ on the game!” Not much people notice that and especially little kids. Traumatizing. Do not recommend if u agree with me.

The game is a simple design. The issue is it never gets any more challenging except for when it does. You have one chance to get it right get it wrong and it is back to the repetitive simple style. I don’t even understand the the coins as there is nothing you can buy with them.
I don’t mind adds but if the adds are longer than the game play which they are there is no point.
Not worth your time if you seek a challenge.
Honestly if they would allow you to just play the harder level I may have given it a 3 star. But it doesn’t matter how many time you hit No Thanks it plays the add anyway and skips the level that would actually be fun to play. Had the game all of an hour and already tired of it.

You can’t play a level without watching an ad, every other level you automatically get an ad, ask to watch an ad for item, or can’t even press the next level button without pressing a pop up ad or the “spin the wheel for watching an ad” button. This is atrocious and you should be ashamed of your money hungry ways. Game otherwise is quite generic and uses free models you can find on unity, which i’m pretty sure are copyrighted as you can find recognizable characters from FNAF, Poppy Playtime and Roblox. This is obviously targeted for children who have no concept of greed and will press every ad because they want to kill on of their favorite characters from their favorite brand!

Ok let’s just get to the point. The only good thing I can think of is that the animations and effects included in this game are quite nice. The bad things about this game is that there are too many advertisements. Every single time I beat or lose a level I must watch an ad I usually can’t skip just to retry, and I know I did not press the ad retry button. The last thing I will say about this game is that there are too much references to games like Poppy Playtime and Rainbow Friends, and I personally think that means this game is going to get sued anytime soon. So first off, why are we seducing women? This is not good for any kids playing this. Second why to many ads. I didn’t buy the ad blocker since it’s a waste of money, but I’ve read reviews that say it does almost nothing. This game is pure disgusting, like a stripper pole? A bedroom? A bathtub?? so I just got StickHero n it was pretty fun I paid for the first part of my castle n from then on it would let me buy nothing else in the castle not even watch an ad to get the next part of the castle I also find this game inappropriate for kids under the age of 12 but the ads are the worst part abt this game there so many every time you have to watch n ad to get a weapon n to upgrade you house but idm that part the only thing that gets me is that the ads FlOOD the game the game would be much better wit less ads that really deserves a half of a star get these things fixed n I will change my review rating

1. People say there are to many ads. Just turn off your wifi
2. LVL 84 is basically impossible
3. This game should get copyrighted it copies things like buggy eight, mommy long legs, green, monty, Freddy fazbear, and a lot more
4. This game isn’t something I would recommend for 10 and under or 9-7 and under They make you seduce woman and put them in your castle to twerk and do weird stuff
5. This game is just bad overall if your looking for a game to waste your time on then this game is for you

This game is fun. It’s very easy, and the animations are pretty neat. I just have one grievance. One grievance that can be broken down into several parts: the girls. Save the girl? Sure. But do they all have to wear the same revealing outfit? It’s weird. That, plus the “seduce the girls” levels add up to something beyond this game’s rating of ages 12 and up.
Also, their legs sometimes clip through their skirts when they’re dancing. Could’ve had a little more attention to detail there.

The game has so many ads, it also cheats when you get the free spin at the end of the level, when completing the level you get a free spin and you have to tap to make it stop. Well to prevent players from actually winning they allow ads to play as soon as you click the spin. This causes the game to freak out and not landing on the tile you have selected.

I don’t recommend this game, its fun with out the ads but again with the amount of ads even starting it up i get an ad for google maps, I would not recommend this game.

Okay the game is fun and all of that stuff but I’m just going to rate this game 1 star or 2 because when the character of the mini boss or just a normal boss dies it’s pretty funny but you do think some 12 year olds are going to find this or more older people because most kids download this game even tho it says for age 12 only but some little kids be downloading this game and it shows save the girl and there a round were you have to slap something with the girl and also strips like bro some of these little kids be downloading this.

If you turn off your internet, NO ADS! I know all the other reviews say there are ads every 7 seconds, but just turn off your internet and, boom, problem solved. Good game if you’re on a long car trip or something. It’s fun, too. I would not recommend it for small children, though. It can be a bit inappropriate.

Also it’s inappropriate for little kids like girls twerking and sexy things and other things like that. I am very disappointed. You put characters in the game from: Five Nights At Freddy’s, Poppy Playtime, and The Letter Lore. Music is from Among Us. You guys REALLY want money huh? So, if you win a level there is two buttons: A button that gives you a certain amount of Coins based off your timing, and a button that only gives +100 Coins. But the thing is, the +100 Coins button is the smallest button in Mobile Game History! I mean you can’t press it without accidentally pressing the one above it. Oh, and may I mention: if you manage to press the small +100 Coins button, it shows an advertisement anyway…what type of Tom Follory is this?! Alright onto the weird stuff. There is a level saying that the objective…is too slap woman’s butts, why? Do you feel proud of yourself? What do you say when someone asks what’s your job? AND, there is a mechanic in the game where you can you build your own tower, (also more then half of the rooms you have to watch advertisements to build them) you can invite woman over to the tower to dance and twir- Yeah, yeah I’m just not going to say that. More about wanting money: it costs money to get 500 gems, which is…fine. But people are going to start playing this as it’s a “pay to win game”. Yeahhhh.. I’ll let you fix that. I hope you take this into reasoning it would help your reputation a lot.

Ok first off one of the problems i have with this game is the “seduce the girls” level. Like what? i don’t think it’s exactly necessary to have. This game is for all ages judging by the kid-friendly characters. And that’s another thing. Come up with your own characters! don’t put blue from rainbow friends or huggy wuggy from poppy playtime in there. Just please be more creative and don’t follow trends. Overall pretty good game just. Please stop putting trendy characters in and remove those “seduce the girls” levels.

The only thing you need is the right amount for your car and then the rest for your truck so I don’t know what to tell them to get it to the shop or the store or whatever but if they have the right size I will give you money 💰 to go to a different shop and get it to me so that way you know where I’m coming at you have the best luck 🍀 I will always support and love 💗 your company in this journey you have no business 👨‍💼 and always have the most

I know I’m beating a dead horse, but this game would get a higher score without so many ads. I understand it’s free and they have to get their money somehow. I wouldn’t mind if was every other level or to revive or get extra stuff. That being said the amount of ads this game has is absolutely ridiculous. After you beat the level it gives you the option to watch a video for x amount more coins which is fine. Below it gives you an option to collect your earned coins. NO MATTER WHICH OPTION IT SHOWS YOU AN AD! I even tried just going back to my castle and it still shows an ad. It shows an ad for every 30 seconds of actual gameplay. It’s ridiculous please fix it.

Yall are really complaining about ads and you can remove them for $1. You can play the game at default or you can buy or earn accessories. Watching an add for a free perk is considering earning as well. They have to make money some way… everyone wants everything you be 100% free. Great game and they $1 was worth every penny so I don’t have to watch ads 😂😂🫶🏽🔥
