This app is awful. Nine out of 10 times it does not connect to my studio‘s hub and I cannot use it. They really need to work on making it work better.

Same problem as many others. Bought a new phone, the app disappeared off my phone and Apple Watch. Went to App Store and it shows purchased but no option to uninstall, update or reinstall. Emailed
F45 several times and have been unable to get a resolution or any advice on how to make it work

Same problem as others have had. The app worked pretty well until I bought an iwatch 10. The app disappeared on my watch and when I try to download the app again, I can’t do it. All I see is text that reads “purchased.” I can’t delete the app and start over because it doesn’t show up in my App Library.
