Close and restart the Picco app on iPhone
Update Picco app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Picco iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Picco network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Picco app issues:

Force Stop the Picco App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Picco app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Picco to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Picco App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Picco app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Picco.

Fix Picco unable to contact server/ Picco internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Picco » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Picco » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Picco on android.
