I have a complaint to report I was testing out the premium for a day on your app and it deducted money from my account even though your app advertised 1 day free premium
Paid for the premium and yet I’m still getting ads when I open the app. I can close them but paid for premium. Get rid of that now.

You watch the ads & they glitch half the time so they don’t even give you a reward. Minute long ads for nothing. Waste of time. Royal Match ads NEVER WORK—close app! Pet care items aren’t free without ads / waiting hours. Drawing with brush mode is hard to draw small cheap looking pics to friends. Mood bubble only records 10 moods a day and also easy to click the wrong moods and have to dump all your daily progress and copy what you had before the misclick, there is no other undo. And you might be shocked, but most humans can feel more than 10 different mood occurrences of 5 options throughout the day lol Widgets aren’t even interactive on screen, they’re just a shortcut to open into the app. No cute quick way to feed your pet like the interface makes it look. No quick way to water plants. Watering and taking care of stuff isn’t even interactive in the app either, just click a supply and it does an animation. That would be fine for the home screen if you could even do that but lame for in app. Add more interactive friend activities and other widget options and pet activities and drop prices more. Cut ads down. Make this better instead of a money grab scam because $ 50 for an app is insane

The app started out fun and cute me and my girlfriend both got it and installed widgets just as a fun little thing, we decided to co-own a pet and we hatched a cat in a suit we named them boobie. Boobie kept making weird comments like how she looked and overall flirting with her she thought it was funny i was kinda weirded out. We both had Boobie on our lock screen and he always talked to my Girlfriend flirting and complements but he never said a word to me. He said a lot of i love yous but too many compliments like you look great today and better than yesterday weird stuff but we blew it off. Where we completely stopped using the app was today when she was in a bad mood and we were talking about it, when i got her to calm down a little and relax she looked at her lock screen and said “Now go to sleep, It’ll all be fine tomorrow I promise” this made both of us uncomfortable and i deleted the app right away. Because of her settings from parents she can’t delete hers till the morning, if anyone’s had similar experiences please let me know. Thank you
