Lost it all

I loved this app. Have been using it for three months and then it just gets stuck. It will load but you can’t get anything to move. Tried to restart it several times in this time period and it didn’t help. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and I lost everything. It still has the same problem! Really upset. Back to paper I go. Too much important data lost
Lack of Support

I really liked this app for a solid 6 months and it had become a staple in my day-to-day life to keep me on top of my goals. It helped me create and keep on top of a number of habits I was trying to build into my daily routine, and helped me stay productive. I recently cancelled my premium subscription and deleted this app to move to a new app. This app would constantly be upgraded to new versions that caused the app to be barely functional - super slow to load, glitchy, I would randomly get notifications for tasks I didn’t set notifications for, the default settings I configured weren’t followed when I’d add a new task etc. Usually when I reached out to the app developers to let them know, I’d get a response and it would be fixed swiftly. However, the last time it happened I received no response, and the app was basically unusable due to a recent update. I also reached out requesting if certain functionality could be made available, again, no response. Due to the lack of support and communication, I cancelled and moved to a new app that functions much better and has way more features.
Not letting me add widget

I really like this app but I got it because of the widget options they have. Now that I have tried everything to add it to my home screen it doesn’t allow it. I have installed and uninstalled the app so many times and it still doesn’t let me. I turned off my phone as well and I even checked to see if I needed to upgrade but its none of those. It’s pretty annoying because I’m paying for the Pro which it shouldn’t be problem.
