How to fix PhotoBoost app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PhotoBoost app on iPhone
Update PhotoBoost app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PhotoBoost iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PhotoBoost on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PhotoBoost network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PhotoBoost Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PhotoBoost not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PhotoBoost App
1. On android, goto Settings » PhotoBoost » click [Force Stop]

Update PhotoBoost to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PhotoBoost App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PhotoBoost » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PhotoBoost.

Fix PhotoBoost unable to contact server/ PhotoBoost internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PhotoBoost » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PhotoBoost » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PhotoBoost
