I have a problem with Customer Spark

User reports:
No current problems

- Login screen is only 1/3 of the size of the iPad screen.

- Login process is glitchy and doesn't recognize the user's password.

- App doesn't recognize user profile or preferences.

- Instructions for finding the app on the App Store are out of order.

- App won't save updated information.

- Graphics only fill the center portion of the iPad screen and won't expand.

- Words are cut off along the bottom menu line.

To resolve Customer Spark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Customer Spark App
1. On android, goto Settings » Customer Spark » click [Force Stop]

Clear Customer Spark App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Customer Spark » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Customer Spark.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Customer Spark » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Customer Spark » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Customer Spark
