SCAM. Do not buy anything, customer support doesn’t exist!

This game was so good that I decided it was worth paying for no ads.

Of course as soon as I did that, I encountered a glitch that many other people have encountered where everything is reset to day one and all of your progress is lost.

I contacted “customer support” multiple times but no response. Why even put an option for support when there is no one replying back or helping to fix anything? I would like my money back but probably won’t be getting anything back since this game just wants to scam you.

I believe they made the game to a certain amount of levels (which many people state doesn’t go past those levels), abandoned it, and is just taking in the ad revenue or the money people pay for no ads.

Sketchy game, sketchy ad developers. Don’t try it.

Keeps Restarting My Progress

Neary every time I login, I am taken back to the beginning with all my progress being lost. I have made it to the next island through the portal only to log in the next day and I am back at square one with the very first quest. I figured it was a glitch and started over as there is no way to log in or retrieve any previous work. It has now happened 3 times since and I have given up on the game. Disappointing to say least and a definite waste of time.

Great game but disappointed with support

I purchased the option for no adds as I was really enjoying this game. I completed the windmill build and the guy I was supposed to speak to was standing on a building and you can’t speak to him. I messaged support and received no response. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and now the game won’t let me reload my purchase. Very frustrating as I spent money on the game. I did message support again and guess what, NO RESPONSE AGAIN! I will update my review if there is a resolution.

TONS of ads

I actually think the game isn’t all that bad. Neat pixel art style, simple missions, easy to pass the time without investing a lot.

However, and it’s a big however … the ads are out of this world, and you can’t even pay to have them turned off. Seriously, about every 30 seconds of play, you have to watch a 30 second ad. On top of that, there is an ad bar in the bottom that partially covers the buttons in the story.

Shady operations if you ask me. I’d rather pay a few bucks to turn that nonsense off.

Good game.

I’m level 13 and I’m supposed to mine the pink coral and it doesn’t do anything when I go up to it and there’s no line to guide me. Just gives me the magnifying glass that zooms to the coral. I don’t know if I can do anything else right now since I can’t get the coral. Once I posted the first part of this review I went back into the game and I have 10% of the coral goal somehow. I still can’t mine it because nothing happens when I go up to any of them. Went back to the previous world area and went back to the current one and the 10% of coral goal was gone and back to 0%.

Great gameplay, way too many ads

The game is great in theory, and doesn’t hit you with too many ads at the start, but you get to a certain point, and you can’t go 5 minutes without an ad. I ended up deciding to delete because of them. Sad, because the game is decent for what it is. But the ads are just too much

Too short

I would love to give 5 stars but I have beat the game to level 35 where there are no more missions anymore. I have done this 5 times now. I love the game but it is so disappointing to see the developers not responding to feed back or keeping up with game updates! What’s even more annoying is I like it enough to spend money for no ads and this is what I get? A half finished game? Developers y’all need to do better and listen to the people who are making y’all money from this game. Would be much appreciated.

Great! But a couple issues

Great game super relaxing, a little bit repetitive but my problems are that several of the levels my auto collectors don’t collect anything. Also I’ve maxed out my tool level on one stage and now that I’m on the next stage my pickaxe takes forever to mine the rocks and I can’t improve it, which made me not want to play anymore.

It’s fun but

The game was working well at first but as I quickly advanced and started adding more around the island it started to begin becoming extremely laggy ontop of that the ADS make it ten times more laggy. Can y’all please fix this? Otherwise I’m enjoying it so far!

There’s potential!

I have been really enjoying this game! I think there’s two things that could make this a 5 star game.
1. working music & sound
2. either less ads or the option to pay to remove ads (there are just way too many)

Miller

It isn’t a bad game and i’ve enjoyed it to pass time but i cannot progress further in the game bc Miller is stuck on his roof. I’m not going to start the game over so i hope this gets fixed in an update, if not then it was nice making the bit of progress i made.

Great game slight problem

The warehouses in this game allow for more resources and store them for you to collect upgrading them increases resources and the storage, at level twenty in the third world I encountered a glitch where the upgrade is not possible and I don’t see the Ui for upgrading at all. This isn’t a game breaking thing but it is an issue that needs to be addressed. Otherwise great game with good gameplay and a unique story to start off with. Also the Limestone warehouse in the third world is actually a light granite warehouse meaning it won’t work.

Stuck on level 35

I love this game but, I got to level 35 and finished the Inn. I know that after you finish a building you have to talk to the person who you built it for but I have no option for that. I have closed and opened my game multiple times and it still isn’t fixed and I’m started to get kinda frustrated. I would give this game 5 stars if I wasn’t stuck.

I love this game

this game is so much fun to the point that I purchased no ads to enjoy it even more. However, i’ve already finished the updated levels and homes so it would be nice to have consistent updates coming

Please make more levels!

Despite the ads I actually thoroughly enjoyed this game. But it ended too soon, devs please add more levels! I play a lot of apps and it’s rare that one will really catch my interest to the point that I’m pushing for hours on end. I can see the spot where it looks like there should be progression, so I’m hoping that the devs haven’t given up on adding more so I have a reason to keep CraftValley . I’d really rather not have to remove it for lack of content.

The miller is stuck on the roof

It’s a great game but I can’t progress because I’m supposed to talk to the miller but he’s stuck on the edge of his roof and I can’t get to him I really don’t want to have to restart the whole game and then find out he’s stuck up there anyway. Is there a way to fix this?

It’s Ok But

The ads in the game are too many especially when they pop up while I’m doing something in the game. It’s very annoying & frustrating. This game really needs an iCloud save feature. Having to restart at the beginning every time is very frustrating. Please add this feature soon.

Miler is stuck

I love this game! I would love to continue playing it but the miler is stuck in the roof and I can’t talk to him so I can progress…. Please, fix this bug. Other than that bug so far, I love this game.

Good game

I was really enjoying this game. It’s a nice relaxing game. However, I see other review that mention levels 37 and higher, I just got to level 35 and finished building a giant house and now nothing. There is usually a talk to so and so after completing a build but there doesn’t seem to be any more tasks. Is there more? Do I have to wait for a future update for more? Would love to play more but just collecting materials gets pretty boring.

Help I’m stuck

I’ve gotten to level 37 - 50 of 100 and I’m stuck. I can see where the next bit of land is supposed to pop up but there is no icon to open it. I’ve gone back through every level to make sure I have not missed something. I would really appreciate help as I like the gane and want to finish it.

***UPDATE***

I’ve made it past level 37. Now I’m stuck at level 39. I cannot see two of the villagers, Olaf and another. It’s says talk to Olaf but he’s not visible. When you walk to where he is, his tag will flash so you can see it for a second then disappears.
