Edited/New Review: The game has some major core issues that I am sure is impossible to ignore by this point. Firstly, this game is surprisingly not iOS friendly and is the first game I’ve seen that has shown these issues (iOS must use websites to input codes, no payouts, etc.). Games ability to draw legendary characters seems far too easy, after a few rerolls some players make the same progress in a days time that others make in a weeks - it’s all about your initial draws. Developers left players high and dry at the start of release in-game (no communication), disappointed in that fact. Game’s censorship is childish to the point you can hardly say anything over three letter words… the game is fun, I like the grind aspect but this game needs to pump out a lot more characters soon and change a lot otherwise it will sink quick in both gamers and my opinion. Happy gaming. Old Review: My preregistration leaves 8 hours until the games official launch, fingered I’d give it a warm 5 star rating as I expect it will be a great game already. Happy gaming.

No enemy stat info, ridiculous jump in difficulty from 1 level difference in enemies, the auto challenge boss randomly stops working because of strong shishu presence, which defeats the purpose of the auto challenge. The daily alternating tower’s difficulty level is absurd haven’t been able to clear any of them with the characters and currency given since launch. The weapons system is unique as you can use it across all members of the team but seems clunky in execution and organization. For example multiple different looking items will have the same stats, this wouldn’t be an issue if they added some cosmetic appearance to the characters but they don’t so I don’t see what time was spent doing that rather then covering stats to the enemies encountered. Seems like an incomplete game especially compared to other idle games it’s going up against like Panilla Saga or NIKKE goddess of victory. I love the Tower of God IP and that’s why I downloaded and even spent a few dollars, but without some quick improvements this game will be deleted soon.

This game is a lot better than I expected. It has a great community and so far I’m having a lot of fun. There is a good bit of strategy for an idle game. The poor tutorials and explanation of in game systems confuse new players and push them away, so hopefully they make the new player experience more enjoyable. Also, gold income could be tripled, quadrupled, multiplied by 10x and we still wouldn’t have enough. That being said, I’ve been playing nonstop since launch and having tons of fun. This is an idle game so if you don’t like idle games it isn’t for you. If you like idle games this is a really good one and actually well represents Tower of God universe and story.

The concept of a game based on ToG could make for a great game, just not this one. I gave it 2 stars since both the story & art are good but any fan of the property is better off continuing to read the series or watch the anime rather than playing this game. It’s incredibly confusing to navigate the menus, the gameplay is repetitive (you can just have it on auto the whole time) & like many other gachas, it tries to get you to spend money immediately.

While there are bugs that cause the screen to freeze at the moment, I’m sure that those will be sorted out soon since the game just launched this week but, it’s still overall a missed opportunity of a game.

In my opinion, this game is really fun, but considering that its an idle game, its not really good in terms of actions. The thing is, the game does the fighting for you, and thats why im getting bored. Theres BARELY any action, ITS PAY TO WIN, and very grindy! Ive been playing since grand launch, and my opinions are valid, many people think the same. It needs some changing, like, MORE ACTION AND LESS PAY TO WIN yk? Thats my opinion, have a good day.

First it is unfair to classify this game in a specific category. It is a idle game , but this is one of the only games that continues to play while doing your upgrades. This is very unique

*BIGGER TEXT would be nice very hard to read. Also as a graphic designer the contrast is to light for white text the text gets lost. A transparent box black at 40% opacity would help.

* SLOWER STORY TEXT the text run very quickly hard to follow the story. I wish there was a option for auto text to be off or on.

I refuse to give up on this game I believe it has a lot of potential. I hope to see these changes:)

So originally I thought this game would be as bad as everyone made it out to be. Surprisingly the game is actually decent for what it is. If you like auto battle games, would definitely recommend giving it a try despite all the people on the hate train just because it’s a trend.

Nothing stellar; nothing miserable. Very average game. Plot is interesting. Appears to be accessible for players who won’t be making purchases. Many auto options, which is appreciated. Not time intensive.

Random lag spikes and disconnect issues
No infinite roll for starting character.
Legendary chance is - 2 percent
Free summons are almost non existent.
Some quest rewards appear to be bugged.
In game reward codes disabled for iOS
You find this out via there support menu
No option to block the day 1 spam bots in chat
Not f2p friendly at all… at least not for iOS/NA players
Level system forces you to switch back and forth between ricepot/idle and story mechanics just too progress.
No options to increase text size, slow down text/story chat.
Difficult to figure out what to do with quest rewards due to so many sub menus and sub systems

Game is super fun with lots of new mechanics and new ideas but the fact is that having to get ignition weapons and legendary hero’s with their low rates and low amount of gem gain plus low gain of all other resources

Im enjoying the game but does require large amount of patience. There is not much to do, play for a few minutes a day and move on. Regardless I'm having a lot of fun with what it offers.

I KNOW you guys can see the bad reactions to your release. You KNOW the Korean version at least started players out with more pulls to get a better start in your game and 4 days have passed now and you have done NOTHING. This is EXACTLY why this game wont last long because Im sure you wont listen to any averse feedback. This is poor game management but you guys dont care. Hopefully someone reads this review and dodged a bullet.

When will you add Korean language ?

Not a lot that really attaches me to this game. Getting materials for quests intended to be done in a day (week 1 starter quests) are scarce, and you actually have to sit and stare at your screen to farm instead of having the game do things on its own.

Amazing graphics, did get glitched out the server but could just be my connection

Glad they spent developer hours on creating 15 different passes instead of spending time making a vertical running animation.

Game has an incredibly imbalanced level scaling. Even for idle games this is beyond stupid. Money becomes so hard to come by unless you pay real money for it and you need money for EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION. Upgrading skills, upgrading gear, literally anything to make your characters better to combat the imbalances in leveling. Game is absolute trash.

I don’t think this game will last a month. I love Towerr of God, but the game play is horrendous. The leveling system and caps make this game trash. Feel like it’s one of those games where the game company makes a quick buck and then leaves.

Fun, great IP, but that fun quickly fades when little pulls are given out, extremely small drip feed of premium currency to buy any pulls, and a rampant need for signature weapons of characters you must also summon for.

I’ve played many gachas in the past, but none have had be so glued to the characters and storyline more than this game. First of all, if you haven’t read the WEBTOON, what’re you doing?! This game truly is a masterpiece that is made just as well as the WEBTOON it is based off of. The art and graphics are beautifully made, and the game has an intricate system of character and team development through weapons, levels, skills, and gacha! This game is crafted in such way that you will always find yourself immersed in it. You’ll almost never find yourself stuck for a long time trying to progress in this game. There are so many different aspects of the game in which you can progress, and you’ll always find a way to have something to do in all the different events and activities this game has to offer. Even if you can’t find a way to get past a certain spot, the community is super friendly and is always willing to give tips and advice to players! This truly is a must-have game!

The community is great, game is fun, but the best aspect of this game is how the game developers actually try to improve the game and listen to concerns that the community has.
When the game first started there were a lot of complaints that people had towards it, and the developers fixed many of these problems in only a month of the games global release.

Examples of the problems they fixed:
-Text speed
-Adding more events so people can get more
resources
-Adding block to the chat
-having a daily diamonds feature
-fixing aspects of story mode and tower of trail

As someone who’s been playing this game since the first day of its global release, the improvements that this game has undergone in only a month and a half has exceeded a vast majority of games; with some games taking years for a single problem to be resolved.

I hope that the game continues down this path, and that the game will have more surges of popularity and support.

I got the game recently and started playing it(been playing for about 1 week), it’s fun and I’ve always wanted a ToG game to play so this’ll do fine, there is one problem I have with it right now and it’s that the text moves to fast, wish you could decide when the next text box appeared like in most game where you simply click to move to the next text box. Aside from that I don’t have any problems with the game currently

Love the Tower of God anime was super stoked about the game. Decided to purchase some stuff since I wanted to support the game.
If I could make a recommendation do NOT buy anything, you won’t get it and their super helpful customer service third party site that refuses to accept your login so you can’t come to a resolution. Unfortunately this a very common problem in their forums section, which means they are well aware of the issue and don’t care to change it.
Not trying to rant just trying to warn you if you play the game just don’t purchase anything.

Game started off alright but it’s progressing into something quite fine

I love the game! I can’t wait until it’s updated to the point, of 2 thorn bam, or even infinite shinsu bam

This game has beautiful art, follows the story pretty well, and it’s not a brain dead game like other idles and gachas. Lots of events to give new players a boost so you don’t need to spend money unless you really want to

This game has a amazing community and gameplay the updates are always fun and somehow stays new user friendly the art is a 10/10

This game spoils you with so much getting into is literally a treat and if you are a reader of the manhwa then you’re in for a delight

The main goal of the game is to go up the tower of trials and the “rice pot” but the rewards you get are so bad. Like floor 50 get you ten summons on the fully random banner… and floor 400 gives you the same thing, its insane that the diamonds also don’t increase at all, I find no need to push higher until this gets improved

I want to give this 5 ⭐️’s and say this is one of the greatest iOS games in TowerofGod Store, but there’s a huge issue that ruins everything, and that problem is… SUMMON CRASHES!!! It’s one thing if the game just crashed but on multiple occasions the game would crash in the middle of the summon animation, and when I reopened the game my tickets are still gone, and what’s worse most of those summons were Legendary 🤬

The moment I downloaded this game, I thought it would be fun and great. But to my understanding, it was not because it won’t even start loading and just frozen on the loading screen. If any of you playing on playing this game, be prepared to wait for a long time for loading screen.
