- Excessive amount of ads, even with the "No Ads" pack

- Bugs and glitches, such as the bullet bug and level up screen interrupting gameplay

- Unfair difficulty in campaign and endless mode, with monsters targeting the player disproportionately and leveling up with the max upgraded door

- Need to watch ads to progress or upgrade skills, making it feel like a pay-to-win game

- Lack of proper instruction and UI bugs, such as the inability to go back in some menus.

I absolutely love your game. However, I’m not able to play the Endless Mode and Christmas Mode, as, around the 2nd wave, there’s a pop up that makes you choose a label - however, nothing I do will make the pop up go away, and so I can’t play beyond that point. Really frustrating! Please fix it?

On remove ads pack, my iPhone is stuck on the loading screen. I can’t close the app or come out of it at all.

How to fix Stay Room app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stay Room app on iPhone
Update Stay Room app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stay Room iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stay Room on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stay Room network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Stay Room not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stay Room App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stay Room » click [Force Stop]

Update Stay Room to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stay Room App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stay Room » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stay Room.

Fix Stay Room unable to contact server/ Stay Room internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stay Room » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stay Room » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
