Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ProPix app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ProPix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProPix app on iPhone
Update ProPix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProPix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProPix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProPix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ProPix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ProPix app issues:

Force Stop the ProPix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ProPix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ProPix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProPix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ProPix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ProPix.

Fix ProPix unable to contact server/ ProPix internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ProPix » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ProPix » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProPix on android.
