The worst literally

I’m constantly having log in problems with my account. It can never find my account and never logs me in even though I have my information saved on my phone. I deleted it and then retyped it. Guess what? Yes it still is giving me so many problems. Definitely need to trash the whole app and start over. Omg this is a major inconvenience especially as a customer trying to use something that should help me not frustrate me and hinder me
Passcodes Not Recognized

I’m convinced that Allstate purposely made this app absolutely ridiculous to use so people will not submit claims. I repeatedly tried to log into my account with my correct login details but every single time a passcode was issued the app would tell me the passcode was invalid. The app is absolutely worthless.
