Close and restart the PlayPelis app on iPhone
Update PlayPelis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlayPelis iPhone app

To resolve PlayPelis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PlayPelis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlayPelis app issues:

Force Stop the PlayPelis App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlayPelis app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlayPelis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlayPelis App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlayPelis app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PlayPelis.

Fix PlayPelis unable to contact server/ PlayPelis internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PlayPelis » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PlayPelis » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PlayPelis on android.
