They have already sent me a bill on the $85 annual charge that they initially charged the card which I have not received. They said 7-10 business days and it’s been 12 business days. And they want to charge me $25 to get an expedited card or to just wait until the initial card gets here. I knew about the ridiculous fees, but I think it’s even more ridiculous that they’re asking me for money and I have not even had a chance to use their service.
The customer service department has to be THE WORST EVER. 99.9% of them DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH very well plus they give contradictory information and statements.
A supervisor will tell you one thing but their agents and other supervisors will tell you something else.
If I could give them ZERO OR NEGATIVE AMOUNTS OF STARS I WOULD absolutely do that.
This is the most useless most pathetic worthless app I’ve ever seen in my life definitely not customer supportive if y’all can’t do any better than this take ImagineAccountCenter down
Imagine and aspire credit cards are run by the same company and neither have a functioning app- though it’s in the Apple Store make it make sense.
I can logon with the correct email and password in safari and on my pc but when I try to do it on ImagineAccountCenter , it doesn’t know who I am.
This card doesn’t load half the time and support is rude and horrible!
App not loading up at all. Good thing I was still able to make my payment online.
Can’t log in, doesn’t allow me to even type in login details. Used to work great…
ImagineAccountCenter makes it to the logo and doesn’t go any further
App opens and you have to close and try again every single time.
