I cannot find a way to log onto my account (which I just got yesterday). I created two videos and now it won't let me do anymore without paying more money! I want to cancel my service. Today is 1/12/26. I can't seem to reach anyone and your reviews are really bad.

They have already sent me a bill on the $85 annual charge that they initially charged the card which I have not received. They said 7-10 business days and it’s been 12 business days. And they want to charge me $25 to get an expedited card or to just wait until the initial card gets here. I knew about the ridiculous fees, but I think it’s even more ridiculous that they’re asking me for money and I have not even had a chance to use their service.

The customer service department has to be THE WORST EVER. 99.9% of them DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH very well plus they give contradictory information and statements.
A supervisor will tell you one thing but their agents and other supervisors will tell you something else.
If I could give them ZERO OR NEGATIVE AMOUNTS OF STARS I WOULD absolutely do that.
