Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever VEED app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix VEED app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VEED app on iPhone
Update VEED app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VEED iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VEED on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VEED network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix VEED not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VEED app issues:

Force Stop the VEED App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VEED app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VEED to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VEED App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VEED app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VEED.

Fix VEED unable to contact server/ VEED internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VEED » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VEED » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VEED on android.
