I just downloaded VidsAI , so my experience isn’t extensive, but the way this was advertised on Instagram was that the templates would have trending audio and that doesn’t seem to be the case. Also, I’m spending just as much time scrolling through that templates on VidsAI as I was spending scrolling through reels on Instagram to find the right audio, so it’s not saving me any time so far— maybe because all the songs in the templates seem to be fitting for lifestyle influencers, so maybe it’s just that I’m not a lifestyle influencer (my brand is restaurants/food). I will say that the templates seem to be very well put together, and the music is current, so I can see how this would be of use to a lifestyle influencer who doesn’t necessarily need to use trending audio.

You guys are doing amazing wish you can add more videos and styles

VidsAI has so many great templates. However they are all useless because after you put all the pictures in and go to the next step, VidsAI 9 times out of ten closes and you have to start over. Out of literally 15 attempts with different templates and pictures and videos, I’ve only got it to compete a full video one time. And I see by the review I’m. Or the only one. Please fix!!! Thanks.

Seems cool, but I have not been able to finish a project. I am 10 tries in, and VidsAI keeps closing as I’m almost done editing each clip. It does not save your progress, nor is there a way to until after this part

VidsAI is helpful in creating reels but needs the option to remove music. The music choices are not up to date with popular trending music . Please give users the option remove or mute the song choice in the templates

They have some cool videos, but they don’t seem to be updated frequently and they constantly timed me out when I was trying to create one

Hello! I love VidsAI , but I can’t get used to not being able to remove the old looking filter that gets applied to every video that I take with my iphone.

Once you pick the pictures and press next you can hear the video but can’t see it. It’s just a black screen. I can only press next and download it without seeing it first.

And if you’re ant to change out a cup you have to go back 20 times (go through all the frames) and there is no way to get back to the Home Screen. Made 3 videos and none of them would download. Some kind of error.

Not enough personalization. Videoleap does the same for you amd it’s free.

Can edit the project I’ve already created either and it created the last 3 seconds blurry for some reason..so now that while project is trashed and can’t edit.

It will be nice to let users try VidsAI for free before committing to a membership, not under the free trial period (which is only 3 days!!!!)

Crashes all the time doesn’t save your video .. great when it works which is rare .. also it doesn’t save your work for you to look back or edit

App isn’t worth the $ yet… Can’t see a preview of your project, it immediately saves it to your phone before you can even preview it!
Not enough template choices. Won’t allow you to choose photo folders, only photos/videos/favorites.

For the price they charging for a year or monthly.
They do not give you any new templates.
The templates are not upgraded monthly or weekly.
I expect for the price you charge, new templates weekly. They do not. Safe your money.

It makes creating reels so much fun

VidsAI at first is okay! Amazing video editing, but it keeps quitting while I’m editing!
So I go back select 50 videos again!!!!! AND IT QUITS AGAIN!
I paid for VidsAI, and I’m extremely disappointed!
I need some answers or I want a refund!

Was excited to try this but I can’t even try it! Any template I click on it just hangs as loading for over 5 min and still doesn’t go anywhere. Please fix asap!

App crashes constantly. Doesn’t matter if it’s a picture or video project. Can’t change the song or number of imports even with PRO. All in all, not worthy the subscription.

There are a lot of great things about VidsAI. But I absolutely hate the actual interface. Having to scroll through all of my photos and videos instead of being able to choose a folder absolutely does not work for me. I have soooooo many. Plus, they do not seem to be organized the same way they are on my actual phone. So it takes even longer to find what I’m looking for.
If that gets fixed, VidsAI would be worth the money. For me, right now, it’s not worth it.

I was looking all over VidsAI Store for an app to do exactly this even the top apps wasn’t performing correctly, but when I got to this, it instantly worked just one thing I was confused about not knowing I need to select multiple clips in order for the function to work correctly but once I figured that out, it was perfect

WOW! I’m so glad the developer responded to my original review. (After I downloaded VidsAI I could only find the “purchase screen” and no X to close and look around.)

These effects are next level! This is an amazing app with great hands-off editing. I’m sure to go viral now! Thanks again to the deva for responding, my sincerest apologies.

BIG FLAW is not being able to choose from certain folders. You have to manually skim through all your photos and videos to find what you need. Waste a lot of time.

Also, you can’t save your projects (drafts) and make another video.. either you finish it or you have to do it all over again.

Purchased the full year. I will Not renew. I found other apps that had more templates and easier to use.

I downloaded it on accident and once I realized it already charged me $50. I tried to use VidsAI and every time I finalized it the picture quality became really bad and changed the coloring.

**update** every time I try to finish my video it crashes in the program restarts and doesn’t save any of my work. Waste of time!

Trying to get my money back but still haven’t heard from customer service. I will update this review if I am able to get my money back. We will see. Vids support please reach out to me!

I’m gonna make this short and sweet. The free options do more than enough for me. I edit, so this gives me a new template system that doesn’t have me at my computer doing manual weird ish all day.
As long as it stays free with no limits, this is perfect

I selected 10 clips from my trip to death Valley and input them thinking that it’s going to auto edit them into something cool. That’s not the case at all, you just have the option to put mediocre filters over your footage and you have to edit it yourself and there’s no option for Music either like it advertised. It just asked me if I want to add my own music from “Files”. I’m actually tripping out. I can’t figure out if it’s supposed to be like this or not. If so, definitely the worst app ever.

Visually VidsAI rules! Syncs with music very easily. My only Problem is that it mutes the audio from the original video. I wish you could combine the audio the way you do on Instagram. Helps with making the reels feel more organic to me. Especially when it’s a nature video where crunching leaves and stuff would work great along side Music. Love how Instagram has the faders to let you blend the two

VidsAI is a great idea , unfortunately it rarely ever works , I feel like I’ve been scammed out of a yearly subscription when VidsAI RARELY actually works . Everytime I try to create a reel it says “ error something went wrong “ and this is 90% of the time that I try using it . The other 10% that it actually works I love the outcome . Just unfortunate that VidsAI is not consistent and I’m really close to calling my bank and opening a claim for a refund because this is unfortunate.

Why can’t I chose pictures from a folder. That should be basic. We shouldn’t have to even ask.

Why is there no way to organize the photos and videos? You can’t even delete once uploaded into VidsAI so now you are stuck with trying to filter though everything manually. Honestly VidsAI has potential but the most important feature (organization) is missing from an app that you are using to create with. Crazy.

I tried this trial only to realize that the AI generations are an extra cost (not advertised) and I tried desperately to get support because of an error after my second AI fx try (I paid separately for that bundle) but got no reply. So I cancelled but still had left AI generations inside only to be locked out of VidsAI now which now wants me to buy it again. Great fx in VidsAI but the worst ever support I’ve seen.

App keeps crashing

VidsAI would crash if you put a picture of a potato in it let alone any video that is 1080p or higher in quality. And even better, when it crashes, you get to restart all your work to guess what? You got it! Crash again. This is a cool idea with a horrendous execution. Stick with capcut for this kind of app. Don’t waste your money here.

Honestly, it’s cute. Good app. But when they wanted to charge me an additional cost to use the AI video service which is advertised as part of VidsAI , I had to pass and canceled everything. Don’t get greedy.

I saw VidsAI on an ad so I bought it for exclusively for the AI video feature. However, I keep getting an error when trying to convert my videos to AI. They also make you pay an extra $7.99 a week to use this feature on top of the regular $7.99/month yo just have VidsAI . Total scam I want my money back!!!!

It’s a cool app but needs work. I paid for the 1yr subscription and canceled so it won’t hit my account again unexpectedly, and I can’t use the AI feature even though I paid.
Also it Over loads and crashes often.

If you purchase the pro plan, that does not give you access to the very cool videos that they are advertising without paying more money per video. If you just want to make quick slide, shows with some basic templates, that’s what you get with the pro. But if you want access to the other styles you’ll have to pay at least $1.99 per video. I could see paying a little more yearly to get the AI video but you have to pay each time and you don’t even get to preview it, that’s a problem.

Would be five stars. I paid for a year and now it’s not letting us the video ai unless I pay more money

Cool AI videos, only gives you 10 seconds of footage. After the 3 days trial I was charged $50 for the year, and it’s still requiring me to pay $2 per 10 second video like it was during the trial. It’s like the $50 was for nothing. Im going to call Apple to get my bread back tonight.

Being a content creator I used to love VidsAI. Unfortunately, for some reason VidsAI will lot allow me to edit videos. Let me clarify. As I’m editing the videos in VidsAI .. eventually only videos just goes completely black! And now I can’t even save the edited videos to my camera roll! I’m all essence I’m frustrated .. especially since I have subscribed and paid for VidsAI ! What am I paying for? Smh!

I love VidsAI and the Greek Ai effects I wish they would have an option for longer option for the videos 10s is too short and I end up making like 4 videos to complete at 37 second video

It's a scam. They advertise it as an app for AI Videos, but when I bought the annual subscription, it doesn't include AI Videos; you still have to pay for them separately. I asked for refund and they didn’t refund it even though this is not the service I bought and need

Your answer to this review is not satisfactory. The Service offered before charging the annual cost is not the same as the one they gave me when contracting the service and that is called SCAM. I demand my money back

This latest version as of Nov 2023 is horrible in comparison to the previous version. I would not have subscribed if this was the initial layout. Previous version was laid out much better in n regards to ease of use and efficiency in finding what you want. Not only could you search by genres in the previous one but you could also search by clip count.
This current version is infuriating.

VidsAI worked well for a while, but it has a few bugs that need to be fixed. It’s disappointing when you already paid for a year.

Beware there is a 3 day “trial” then they charge you for the yea, and it takes 3 days to realize there are only 30 or so “reel templates” so you can’t even get a year of use out of VidsAI , so your out $50.

But if you recycle their templates and only use one a week it could be not terrible, but the annoying part is it doesn’t let you crop or change the aspect ratio of your videos, if you take your photos in “landscape mode” your screwed.

VidsAI has such great potential however, I have a hard time editing when app crashes. I’m running new iPhone 15 pro max and IPad 12.9 and it crashes on both. Also most video templates are between 6 to 11 seconds and it’s kind frustrating they don’t have options that are longer. Also it cost me more than i expected for what i get out of it.

VidsAI is absolutely dope! I do have 1 problem though. When wearing a headset and adding music the music cuts in and out switching every half to 3/4 of a second. When not wearing headphones it works perfectly. I’m not sure if it’s my headphones or if it’s happening to everyone.

I purchased the pro version based on the fact that I would have a 3 day trial period. These people charged my card the same day!!!!

I build reels for a living. I run social platforms and build 6-10 a day. Having VidsAI is what I’ve been looking for. Takes all trending songs on IG at the time they are trending and lines up every vid and photo for you. Way better than trying to do it on IG or even on any other editors. So hyped about this and the price is ridiculous! So cheap! I would of paid $200 for VidsAI.
