App crashes as soon as it’s opened

The app is still not working (completed all the recomended fixes on this site, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app) same error message "...we are working on it". NO response from Nufa about app not working nor about the double charges. A response will be appreciated.

I sent email to support@redacted, no response. The app is not working, error message : Sorry something went wrong We are already working on this problem. And i was charged twice for my annual subscription 29.99 and 39.99.
