Played though the millions of ads every 30 seconds only to open the next level and nothing is there!!! Updated it and took me back to the very beginning of the game. Played again only for it to glitch back to the original game where both was in the next.
Clearly I like the concept of the game. I went though the 60 billion ads twice. But this is ridiculous! I’m not building this thing up a third time. Way to many ads for nothing to have changed. I was about to buy the ads free. So glad I didn’t because I would had been super disappointed.

Downloaded it because the treasure hunt on Webtoon. Didn’t expect much HOWEVER I didn’t expect there to be SO MUCH ADS. Like everything requires an ad to do even just trying to playing the game! It forces an “ad break” every 5-10 minutes which is really annoying due to the fact you’ve just probably watched like 10 not that long ago. I think the part that’s so laughable about this game is when you finally get everything, a new area appears saying you need to collect 100k to get the next area. When you get the money you have to wait now 26 DAYS- that’s right, TWENTY SIX DAYS- to get the area “built.” That’s just insane. This game isn’t even that good either. It glitches frequently, can’t really do anything with out watching ads as I’ve said before, forces you to watch ads every few minutes, and expects you to wait 26 days to complete the game. It’s just a terrible “game” that have terribly developers who clearly are just trying to make a quick buck.
If you’re considering trying it out to get coins during the treasure hunt for Webtoon, don’t bother. It’s truly not worth it.

At 1st I enjoyed this game there were a few small glitches with collecting money at the self-service part but didn’t make it unplayable, purchased the no ads once I really started getting into it. Only to find once you expand there is nothing left to do, it’s just blank space and no additional upgrades. And since the latest update no customers show up in the self-service and the “slap master” is not there and in the upgrades my collection speed has been reset and I can’t purchase because it sets there with a loading symbol. So basically I wasted money for a game that is useless.

Okay, I downloaded the game a few days ago LaundryRush was PERFECT I loved the way whenever an ad popped up it would tell us beforehand. LaundryRush was really good and I actually enjoyed playing a lot and getting the shoe and self-service. Now I hadn't played the game for at least a DAY or two and when I came back everything was GONE! The Self-service AND the Shoe service. I know I can probably get it back by buying it but I spent my time even watching ads to even get that far every minute. I hoped this was some stupid glitch but I restarted my phone but everything was STILL GONE. At first I would’ve given LaundryRush a 10/10 but that situation literally ruined my whole taste in the game, I hope you guys can fix it somehow.

If you’re looking for a game this is a game for you, but be careful because I don’t know if this is only happening to me.

This was a decent game in the beginning, I even paid the $5 to make it ad-free. However, it still requires you to watch too many ads in order to upgrade. But that’s not even my biggest issue with it.
1) There aren’t enough speed/employee/player upgrades so you get to a point that you feel like your workers are almost useless.
2) The game has you save up to expand to different areas. After the fourth expansion, it opens up to an empty space and you can progress no further. And it only takes a few hours worth of playing time to get you there. Spend your money on games that give you unlimited game-play and progression. This one does NOT!

As soon as I paid to remove ads from interrupting the game I found that I had finished the game. Took a total of maybe an hour to complete the entire game. Then I waited 10 days to countdown to supposedly open a new section only for there to be absolutely nothing there! I loved the game play. Super fun, and the vibration feature made picking up clothes fun. I should have been able to move to new stores and update them from the ground up again and again. I would have loved that, but this is awful. How many times can you pick up clothes and deliver them with no opportunity for expansion or growth. Do not pay for anything in this game. There’s no game to play after you get shoes. Nothing opens after a real time 10 day countdown. So disappointed.

You have too many ads going on yr not allowing the customer to enjoy the game and the adds they free they lad and it slows down the game and you just can’t have fun and every single you do has to consist of an add like as if everyone is going to be downloading all these other games who would want to all day be trying to have fun with the games and be dealing with ads that don’t even work well because they freeze the game lag the game and cause you to have to restart get it together unless this is the only way yr able to run this game it’s mad annoying and just crazy it seems it’s no longer about someone having fun with the game but how many other games you can get people to down load cause that might be how yr making the money….. #notkool

It’s definitely an addicting game and is fun. But there are so many ads it pointless. The ads pop up from 10-30 seconds at a time. It’s not worth it and I don’t want to spend 5 bucks to make it ad free when I could get mine craft for that amount and not do anything else. Some of the ads are inappropriate. I got one and almost freaked out because it was really inappropriate. For this game you can buy more money or tickets to buy workers or upgrades. Or you can watch an ad! The employees are okay but they can’t carry half of what the player can. You have to continue to upgrade the workers, ultimately spending more money. Real or not. Also this game lags incredibly bad. Because of the ads that pop up in game while playing (an ad banner at the bottom of the screen) it lags a lot. Sometimes it freezes or continues to play the game music with my phone shut off. I’m pretty sure at some point and time it would make me reboot my phone. I’ve had to restart LaundryRush so many times. It’s a good game with a bunch of potential but so worthless if it’s basically just an ad fest.

So I downloaded this game and I honestly love it but the forced ads every 30-60 seconds stripped the joy of the game away. The speed carpet and sticks don’t get much use because of the forced ads. Everything causes you to have to watch an ad or spend money for the tickets. The workers move slow even though their speeds have been upgraded & they can only carry a quarter of what the main character can. I refuse to buy the no ads version because just like other games similar to this one there’s still going to be ads that you have to watch to get VIP customers and speed objects. I honestly wouldn’t recommend downloading.

I’ve beat the area several times in the past month, and every time the countdown is over there are no updates to the area😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I loved this game so much that I paid to get the ad removed so it can be more enjoyable, while over looking all the many bugs! Please update this space so we can continue playing, and stop lying using a countdown every three days for a week just for there to be no update! It’s extremely frustrating. My rating would be much higher if this wasn’t an issue. Also, before purchasing removing the ads there were just tooooo many of those.

I started this game a few days ago, things went well at first. Now I upgraded to the next stage but it’s just a big empty space with nothing to do. I even watched a video to hire a cashier and what they call a “slap master”. Never had to watch a video for them more than once until today. Now everytime I click on the game I have to rehire them by watching an add each. It’s also glitchy, my player keeps getting kicked around everywhere. I understand games with ads but an ad every minute is a bit much. I will be deleting LaundryRush now.

I won't play games that have too many or forced ads (if nobody played them they'd cease to exist, and wouldn't *that* be nice?!), and this game, while it hasn't yet forced an ad on me, requires the player to watch an ad (or pay some kind of currency they don't have any of) in order to obtain any kind of upgrade. But while this is bad, this game oversteps a further bound that I won't tolerate in any app: it displays ads that override and ignore my phone's silence switch. When the silence switch on my phone is set to silent, it is entirely unacceptable, and the height of disrespect for me and my wishes, for any sound to come out of my phone other than an alert or an alarm that I myself have set or otherwise expressly authorized. It is NEVER acceptable for ANY advertisement to ignore the position of that switch and blast sound out of my phone when I am relying on the silence switch to keep my phone silent out of respect for my wishes and for those around me.

Any game that displays ads that ignore the fact that my phone is set to silent will be immediately deleted from my phone (and should be from yours too), and this is just such a game.

I understand developers need ads to help make them money. However, an ad every 60 seconds is way too much. It makes the game very hard to play. It just feels obnoxious and rude. I agree with many of the posters about too many ads. I also agree, with the posters about the shoe section needs a drastic update. We seem to have the same problem that workers disappear each time we leave the game and when we return, we have to buy them again. As well as spending the money to upgrade those workers, but no upgrades actually taking place, just the money being removed from our little money bank. If you could fix some stuff in the game, I’ll give it more stars. The option to go at-free is ridiculously high! $9! WTH?! Try $3-4 and I’d pay. Definitely NOT $9!

Was a lot of fun up until there wasn’t anything else to do. We start the game finish the first two tasks that you have because there aren’t any more for you to do. Laundromat is open nothing else to open nothing to upgrade. No more workers so all you do is start the game and collect money when you get up 96K what do you do continue to collect. I don’t mind so much the one ad I have to watch when you first come on but the break ads are forced. What’s the point in putting in a break ad if there’s nothing to do but run around and collect money. So I’m out. Would like to have seen if there was anything else that would come up later on, but this is not fun. I sent a message to the developers and never got anything back so apparently they are monitoring this game and take care of us about the folks that played it.

I downloaded this game and completed all of the laundry area in less than a month. I have been waiting for the new update and was very excited when it came out. The new update isn’t fun anymore. You have to do ALL of it your self. These types of games you start doing it your self and then can hire employees to help you so that you can grow your business. With the new carpet store you can hire a front desk person to check in rugs and 3 works to place rugs. You then have to go to each rug and shampoo, squeegee, pick up the rug, drop it off, and then collect the money. Half of the time the three guys are just standing there not even filling the rug areas like they are supposed to! I thought that once I upgraded more they would have more task they can do so I can focus on building the business and assisting where needed. At this point I don’t even want to play this game anymore.

I downloaded this game because it looked really fun and I do believe with some adjustments it can be. I don’t like that for the laundry part, the employees can only carry like 5 things at a time and they move super slow even after you’ve updated them. There’s constant ads every two minutes. Just when you thought you were getting into the grove of things, BOOM! An ad pops up! It really takes away from the game. And lastly, when you get to the carpet part. You get no real help. All the employees do is put all the rugs down while you have to clean them all, like man can I get some real help lol. And to top that off. I have to wait over 60 days for another part to be complete in order to move forward? Yea no, as far as I’m concerned, I’ve beat the game and will be uninstalling.

Downloaded as a way to kill time and really liked the gameplay. I’ve seen people complaining about having to do all the work in the carpet area, I prefer to do that. I’ll let the little workers do the laundry and shoes/purses, I enjoy the task of soaping the rugs and then using the squeegee. However, I can’t get past the carpet area. I’ve upgraded and unlocked everything and can’t progress any further. There’s a square with a lock that says “unlock all areas in laundry and carpet”. I’ve done that!! I sat through ads to unlock every extra machine I could. Why won’t it unlock?! I get that it’s a developing game, but it seems like there’s another area ready, I just can’t get to it. Would love to make this a 5 star review if/when this problem is resolved.

If your someone who doesn’t really care about getting ads every 30 secs then by all means go for it but you will have to be stopped to watch an ad every 30 secs I counted it. And it’ll ask every once in awhile if you want to pay money to remove the ads which is stupid and after the first time it asks you get ad after ad. I don’t have an issue with the game it’s fun to play and all just the ads every time I’m trying to do something gets pretty annoying and then I leave LaundryRush bc it annoys me then go back on it and all the game money that I earned while playing just disappears and i have to start from scratch. Not sure if it gives it to you, still haven’t payed attention to that part yet.

I love this game! It keeps you busy doing shoes, cloths upgrades on yourself, the workers and machines. It’s a great bypass of time! But… ( of course there’s a but 😂) so let me get to the point. Way to many ads, the workers are way to slow, carry load for the workers isnt enough, and I have an extension in the game but there’s no upgrades for it that are greyed out not even an option. Spend 100k in the game to get it and it got me nothing. No word of an update for if it’s going to be used for anything so for now ig I just have an empty space in the game.

Game is very addicting however there could be some major modernizations done. Allow more upgrades for worker speed & capacity, add upgrades to machines like conveyor belts from drop off to machines. Please consider upgrading workers, speed, lose the ads (real turnoff) and can you assign the workers to one machine to stream line services. Example 1st worker (clean or dirty) to machine 1, 2nd worker to machine 2, etc. The workers have no rhyme or reason to the areas they visit which leads to too many items in the drop off area but not enough items at the pick up area.

i actually really like this game. it has an annoying amount of ads but not enough to deter me from the game. i played through a big portion of the game and was working to get the biggest 100k section and decided to spend $5 to remove ads. this helped me get to 100k faster and once i unlocked it i was very disappointed to see that there was nothing behind the 100k wall. why make me get excited to save up when theres nothing behind the wall. also i only purchased the no ads package with the thought that there would be a lot more to the game. only 10 minutes after purchasing i unlocked the 100k and then instantly ran out of things to unlock in the game :( just disappointed and now im going to have to dispute the charge with apple which i wouldnt have done if there was more to the game

The game is very enjoyable!! I did not think I’d like it but I do. Only downfall is when I expanded the space it’s just an empty space. So now I’m playing the game making money with nothing to do. The workers need more upgrades as well. They could possibly have an even higher capacity and go faster. The self service could have an upgrade of going faster as well. There could be a second cashier to help with getting more customers. Then they could add even more levels….. meaning after you finish that floor you expand more and more as you play and level up. Installing and uninstalling this game is starting to tire me out.

I love these type games, and I always buy the no ads. Well on this game I bought a bundle pack that had no ads… I still got ads…. So I thought maybe it didn’t go through so I bought just the no ads. Even after the 2nd purchase I still received ads. This games has “coffee break” ads that come up periodically in play. I was charged 2 days later for both purchases. I requested a refund and was denied. I’m not worried about $10 but still just warning everyone else. Don’t waste any money on this game.

This game is very fun and addicting. I love being able to find games like this that are more stress free. I ended up loving the game so much at the beginning that I even paid the money to get no-ads (I usually never spend money on in-game features). I got through all that the game had to offer and got to the point where it told me that I couldn’t unlock another area until over a month later, and that was incredibly disappointing. But I waited, and got the carpet update. I absolutely ZOOMED through that, and I am now again at a waiting point. Starting to really feel tired of waiting for these new updates, as I really do enjoy this game.

I see the potential for this game to continue being great! I would definitely like less ads (as it was very overwhelming without the ad-free version) and quicker updates!

Game is fun and addictive. I paid for the no ads version but still had to watch videos for any special bonuses. Then I finally expanded the floor …… and there’s nothing but empty space. So now my workers just work and I don’t have anything to spend the accumulating money on.

Hope the developers add to this game. Maybe allow for a second cashier or more employee upgrades. Allow more washers and dryers and clean clothes station. Something. Anything challenging please and thank you.

The game was slow to build but it was fun. After you get all of the workers and upgrades, and all of the extra self-washers…..now what. Oh, there is an ‘expansion’ I saved and played, and finally was able to purchase it. Only to find out, that it’s just an empty space, nothing added and nothing more to play. I feel like I was duped into watching all of the ads so that I could play and keep going. But now what ???

I enjoy playing games like this to wind down. However, there isn’t anywhere to go from here. All 3 lines are upgraded to the max, the employees are at max and I paid the 10k to expand - which gave more empty space. I’d also rather have 2 or 3 cashiers than dirty clothes workers because that is where I get held up then get bored waiting for the line to clear out. It’s a fun game, just not much point to it.

I enjoyed the game until I found that expanding the game didn’t allow additional play. Just a large open space. The game has potential but needs to be finished. There are a few glitches as well like the spinning when you go to get the dirty clothes or the difficulty in picking up the money in the self service area. I hope the game is expanded before customers lose interest.

The game was enjoyable to play so I opted to purchased No Ads. Was excited to continue the game when I saw that you could expand your laundry only to find that once you pay the 10k to expand it’s completely blank. So disappointed.
It could be a 5 star game if the game was actually finished. Until then pass on this game because you can complete the entire game in less then an hour.

When I had first started playing the game I was able to upgrade and I was fully upgraded with everything and was able to expand but after expanding I couldn’t do anything else , also I just updated it today and my cashier is missing and I already had him upgraded it’s weird please fix

this game is overall fun, ive been playing for about half an hour now and it’s addicting! however there is just way too many ads. every two minutes or so theres an ad. i usually dont mind ads, but when theyre in portion. it should be made so you couldnt skip the ads, but they are played every 10-15 minutes.

The game is a wonderful past time for me and I enjoy it on my phone and iPad HOWEVER I have been doing laundry and cleaning carpets for over 2 months and still can’t get to the next goal which is the car wash!! I am able to see it but it is still locked!! I paid for no ads to enjoy the game without interruption but now it seems the interruption is something else!!! I have made it past all levels and even unlocked everything!!! Please update soon!!!!

Well, I’ve been playing this game for 2 days (I took breaks, caught a show, napped etc etc..) and wow, I’m hooked. BUT, I have an issue. I played yesterday … learned the ins and outs, then today I purchased No ADS for 4.99. Uhhhhhh … there are only ads if you WANT to proceed, other then that there are none. I know this because I deleted the game and reinstalled it. It lets me “restore purchases” but that’s it. DONT PAY THE 4.99. I’m giving it 4/5 because of that. Even tho I have some nasty workers in the shoe area, which I, have told the to smile (ha) still work slllllooooowwww. I digress. If I get a hold of the mystery team, be kind and refund me. It was a stupid move for nothing. So now I’m taking a break to catch up on more life and then back to it for more! Thanks guys, send me a credit🫶🏻please!

I downloaded this yesterday and I’m addicted to it. But I’ve upgraded everything, opened every single area, but there’s this big empty section tht says “under construction,” and from what I’ve heard I don’t think anything will be done with it anytime soon. I really want to keep playing, but if it’s just gonna be the same thing over and over again without upgrading to new content, then it’s just gonna end up being an app that takes up space in my phone that I’ll delete overtime. Where’s the rest of ya??? I want to play more!

I like the game and was really happy to see that you can expand after you get the 3 wash lines up. Sadly when you expand the shop it’s just a big open stance with nothing to do. There are also some glitches when you go to pick up the dirty laundry - the guys spins or gets punched back away from the tables. Another glitch is in the self serve area the character doesn’t pick up the money right away. PLEASE please please finish the game or at least give an estimate for when the game will be updated!! Thank you!❤️

I actually really liked the game, I mean it’s another one of those “watch an ad to level up” type of things so I had to watch an ad every second I played but once I watched enough to level up all the way the game was pretty fun. Up until I “expanded” my business I loved it, once I paid for that in game it only made a big empty space with nothing to do to it. If that could get fixed I’d play again but right now there’s nothing for me to do lol

I really love playing this game but it needs to be upgraded the only problem I have is that there are way too many ads I already have to watch ads for perks and still have to watch ads on top of that there are more ads than other games which makes it boring sometimes but I am waiting to see what’s next but I have to wait 13 days and 9 hours etc. other than that I enjoy playing the game but would play it more if these issues could be corrected.

The game is fun and addicting, but with the recent adding of the shoe store there are some bugs, when you buy workers for the shoe store and then close out LaundryRush they disappear you also can’t upgrade their speed or holding capacity. The self service “Slap Master” is gone as well which is very annoying because you have to check every 30 seconds to help people get unstuck, not that it takes forever, you simply have to walk past them but it does get annoying after a while. The ads are okay, I do wish there were less of them though. The games just needs an update to fix some bugs but other than that the game is great and I’ve had a lot of fun playing it.

I love this game so much it's so fun. it seems kinda odd but something about doin the laundry is so nice! i'm not giving 5 stars just because of the limited gameplay, i've redownloaded the game to replay it like 3 times now so i thought i'd review. even the ads are nice! they give you a lil "ad break" warning and it's got a cute lil coffee up and it's just MWAH. everyone i know has heard about this game. keep updating it guys i will play it forever

This is a great game. I enjoyed it very much. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the fact that after 1 expanded and bought everything it’s nothing else to do. Hopefully it’ll be extra added on soon. I’ll come back later and play it

I really like this game, even paid for the non-ads but it plateaus pretty quickly. You get 2 upgrade for each of the characters and machines and you can’t do anything with the “expansion”. Please work on this!

But there’s nothing after expansion. Just wide open space and nothing to do.

I also booked a glitch with the cashier you get from watching an ad…sometimes he super checking the people out. The clean clothes pile up and the customer still has the same number needed but nothing happens. You have to close out the game to reset it.

I don’t normally take time to review but I am this time the game is fun and it’s easy to get the hang of it would be worth 5 stars if it was finished I just bought the upgrade to expand my area only to find out it’s completely empty and I have nothing left to buy

Let me start by saying the concept of the game is amazing, and quite honestly, im addicted. I only have a few issues.

1) once everything is upgraded, its a matter of collecting the money. I just purchased the first 100k expansion. It takes 20 days to finish. Everything is max upgraded, all workers hired and max upgraded. At this point, the game is boring.

2) only a couple upgrades. It would be much better if we could continue to upgrade the speed and stuff.

3) 20 days for one unlock??? Okay, this is ridiculous. If yall keep it this way, maybe add a way to use diamonds or ad tickets to speed it up.

Again, dont get me wrong, the game is pretty cool. But once you get to that point of waiting 20 days, its really boring.

One amazing thing i have noticed is after i paid 100k, i deleted the game and redownloaded it to start over without the workers. When i paid that 100k again, the time was lower. Between the first time and the second time i paid 100k, it was 4 days. 2nd time i paid 100k, it went down to 16 days. This is helping me not go insane and still have something to kill time with. Overall, its amazing.

So I decided to download the game because I was like oh this is some laundry stuff and it looked pretty fun on the ads and stuff like that but it is fine but I have no clue why you can only be a grandma and a grandma and you’re gonna! Have to pay!💰 for the rest so it’s a little crazy that you got pay for the rest of the characters and I am not doing that!!!!! lol 😂 but I still love the game. It’s pretty cool and my sister !👩🏻 loves it and I do too. I decided to download it on my phone.!📱 as well!😊😊😊😊

I only rated this 5 stars so it will show up. The sensitive data that you agree to give out in order to play this game is not worth it to play. The fans is unfinished and you get constantly bombarded by ads less than a minute apart. It’s like the developers didn’t intend on you getting far because the upgrades and expansions are scarce and would end after 1 or 2 hours of gameplay. Even the optional ads aren’t worth it. The rewards you get can easily be optioned in no more than 2 seconds of actual gameplay

i downloaded this game after seeing it on insta and i find it pretty fun and kind of addicting. it starts off slow but after upgrading somethings its a lot more fun . BUT , it would / could be better if there were more upgrades towards the workers and the people playing instead of there only being around 2-3 lvl upgrades

I expanded the shop and now my cashier won’t check anyone out so the clothes just pile up on the counter after I put them on the line and my clean clothes dude won’t pick up clothes
