I expected there to be an option for multiple languages because SM is so widely known and the groups under SM have many international fans. However, I cannot even register under KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 because of the language barrier. SM tweeted about the NCT127 ACE membership and it was included for international fans so why is there not a language option for international fans? I am registered on LYSN and was hoping to transfer everything over to the Kwangya Club app like I was promised I would be able to once I bought the membership, however I do not see a way to be able to do that with this barrier. If KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is to help us connect with the artists and for the artists to be able to connect with ALL fans why are there not all language options? It doesn’t seem like it’s for ALL the fans if it’s just in one language. There is not a Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, English, Italian or any other option than Hangul. I understand that these artists are Korean which makes sense that KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is in Hangul but if, like stated before, KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is for EVERYONE, why is there not an option for everyone to be included? Nowhere in downloading KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 did it say it only had one language option. I feel deceived by this misinformation

KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is only beneficial to those who know Korean, it doesn’t even translate most content, even though it asks you your preferred language. Ace membership also gives international fans no form of benefits so there was no purpose of them making KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 and they should’ve remained with Lysn.

KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is not meant for international fans. All post that are in Korean do not have an option to translate it to your preferred language. I purchased ACE membership and wasted my money due to this. The lysn app was much better.

im just trying to purchase the kwangya ace fanclub membership but it won’t let me sign in. after i type in my login info the screen just disappears and it doesn’t let me in. KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is broken please please fix

KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is literally inaccessible it will not let me log in; I get a bad gateway timeout after I enter my password.

As an international fan that uses their Lysn (bubble) app to communicate with artists I was upset when they disabled the community feature. They announced that they would be making the KWANGYA club app instead. It was easy to use and I get notifications from it. The problem is there is never a translation button. They also post things in KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 that fans can’t see unless they want to pay a re-accruing fee. This new “ace club” feature allows fans that pay to see photos that the artists post as individuals or as a group…. Another issue I have is that they post a accurate schedule for fan call and or fansign events but of course unless you fluently read Korean, you can’t understand anything. I have been trying to win one but struggle even trying to see when it is. I will say that KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 does have some strong points. They added new features for fans that are interested in going to events and or concerts and notify you in advance of when these things occur. But between me not being able to properly understand what I’m reading and me constantly getting kicked out of my account, I had to give this zero stars. Until it is as smooth and useful as the community feature on their Lysn app it will stay at one star for me(I wanted to leave it at zero but I was forced to give it something).

If I could chose a half-star rating, I would. I have done everything suggested by app support to fix the issue of not receiving notifications but none of it has worked. I even tried to contact app support but trying to communicate the issue that way is difficult because all of the correspondence is in Korean. Then, of course, is the issue on KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 itself of how app users still cannot translate ANY of the posts from Korean into English. It seems to me that nothing about KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is working correctly at the moment. Please fix these issues or I may have to cancel my ACE membership because using KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 service is starting to become a waste of money.

As noted in other reviews, KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is really only for Korean fans. The fact that developer responses to comments in English about language issues are entirely in Korean really drives that point home. And I can’t login any more - I put in my SMTown info, the login slides up, the screen dims, and then nothing. No error message, no indication anything is happening, just stuck on a dimmed splash screen.

If English is your primary language, don’t bother downloading KWANGYACLUB광야클럽. Lysn at least translates notices but this one is in Korean. Unless, you’re a WayV fan then you’ll get Korean and Chinese. Which is crazy because 127 is a global group but none of their notices were translated to English even when it was regarding their US Tour. If you don’t want iFans in this space don’t make it available to us.

From an EXOL: Unless you know Korean I wouldn’t even download KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 . It doesn’t translate anything like lysn did, doesn’t let you comment unless your an ACE member, and everytime I open KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 it makes me log in again or it tells me my password is wrong even though it’s not

Horrible app / crashing too often / Login fails / it kicks me out all the time / poor interface / unable to reply to celebrity’s comments / late notifications :(( I miss lysn platform☹️ (at least they didn’t crash like kwangya club)

I have the notifications for KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 ON but I still don’t get them. This needs to be fixed because this has been an issue since KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 launched. I might as well uninstall cause it’s useless 🤷‍♀️

i’ve seen several people have the same issue as me where attempting to log in just makes an “abnormal approach” message pop up. for me, i get that 90% of the time and the other 10% i get another error message. please make a patch/update for this or something because it is so annoying that i can’t even get into KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 when i paid for it

I have an ACE membership with SHINee from Lysn app which is linked to my account on my computer and when I put my login info in on KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 on my phone I get “ID or Password are incorrect”.
😐
I’m literally copying and pasting the information from my saved info that lets me login on my computer and it’s telling me it’s incorrect. If there’s any customer service, it’s all in Korean so I can’t even access it and it isn’t easy to find in the first place. Help in other languages is definitely needed!

Accidentally left the club after my ace registration. Then when I could finally join again they took away my ace. What makes it even better is if I try to register another ace it says I already have it but my account shows basic. Terrible app. Wish I could leave no stars

KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is not friendly, to look for options such as writing or message in the posts they publish I can't do it. I'm an international fan and everything is in Korean, I have the English option checked but it doesn't really work.

The artists schedules and messages are all in Korean. There doesn’t seem to be a way to translate what they are saying.

Other than that, KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 is easy to use and navigate. It just defeats the purpose if you can’t understand what they’re saying.

Guys to log in you need to sign up, and there’s an option to change the language and stuff. To change the language go to the three dots and click the second option, there you’ll find an option for english or other languages and then from there you can go to where it says log in, and click sign up instead if you’re new like me. just saying cuz i’m seeing ppl be confused by that, it’s pretty easy when you know what to do. If this didn’t help anyone there’s tutorials on tik tok!! And to the creators of KWANGYACLUB광야클럽 , at least give some sort of tutorial😭😭
