Force Stop the HeyU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HeyU app. » click "Force Stop".

2. Relaunch HeyU.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HeyU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HeyU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
