This game is complete Garbage. The amount of Bugs and/or Bulls**t that happens is OUTRAGEOUS. This game is absolutely ridiculous, I hired someone for my band and lost 3 million followers, then fired him and it changed my name it his. Game constantly removes the hair off of my player and adds plain clothes (white tee and the starter pants) and above all, I have done the max promo for everything before a release, along with getting the best features for the song and doing the most popular topic, and songs that I carelessly throw together get more, this game is just one big RNG mixed with Bugs, cheap game development and thirsty ads. This game is not worth the time you would spend trying to master it, and you won’t see the flaws until it’s too late, you have been warned!

I just hate this game overall because of the money problem I like to call that makes me lose money very fast for no reason I don’t. I’ve stayed on the game for about five minutes. and
made a new account after that five minutes I had only $52 I didn’t even buy or spend anythingand that is crazy and almost everything you do in the game makes you lose money.
And then it suspects you to watch an ad for money like come on game there’s no real way to make money you can’t work. You can your music when you just start out the game barely gives you any money, barely and you get heck of sick and then for just freaking trying to solve problems that make you lose $10,000 and heck no

The health and happiness stats decay too fast to maintain without being immediately rich. I can’t tell the level of effect they actually have but if they are important to tour profits and quality of songwriting then you get pretty screwed over by it being unmaintainable.
This game hasn’t shown me that it’s worth the extremely tedious grind it asks for and even worse the game is extremely irresponsible with maintaining people’s saves.
My old game saves were not saved on the cloud when I uninstalled the game for space and a lot of people had their saves deleted when the new updates came out.

Also it’s worth noting that 90% of this game is based on an old text based musician simulator from the 80s. I do love the idea of turning that game into a more fleshed out and functional game but you have a lot more work to do in that regard.
I do like a lot about the game like the character customization and stat system (also too slow and the ad boosts/micro transactions are very stingy) but it’s just too painful of an experience at the start to play. Well wishes and good luck improving but this game is not currently worth spending time playing.

I had 270m, Got stuck in a contract with a bad label so naturally I tried to leave by doing the payout and it wasn’t working so I kept doing it just in case I miss clicked or something, sure enough I’ve lost about 175m and still managed to stay in the label.

There also something up with the label demands, it’s trying to make me do two deluxe albums in a row which is completely unrealistic, I don’t know if that’s on purpose or not but that just seems like a poor judgement call regardless, just doesn’t make the game fun when there are impossible demands.

Also the “Your contract is approaching completion” is bs…It doesn’t work, It managed to put me in the negative weeks even though i completed a certain need for the label, and it just doesn’t register as it ever happening.

One more thing, please get rid of songs that were written and are owned by previous labels. It just get in the way. It would make it look a lot cleaner and easier on the eyes.

Sorry if it seems like i’m just complaining but this is just a bunch of stuff i’ve managed to get hit with in the first like 4-5 days if me playing, lots of bugs, but still fun. Just could be better to make this game remotely playable.

I loved Nicki Minaj rap game, Britney Spears music game. With this game it gives options on the start of a career with control of tour, albums and social media (twitter) to gain more followers. Been playing for at least 6 months the game was fairly easy to maintain followers and sell songs over 20 milllion. With the new update it makes the characters very easily prone to get sick, feel bad, sad, or car wreck every weekend that will be detrimental to the popularity of the artist. Even starting new careers, it’s even worse and began to be in the negative that results in multiple small tours to keep afloat while not accessible to release music. Made me take some time away from the game.

I recently started a new artist and her debut album had one top 5 single. It climbed the charts in weeks debuting in the top 75. I think it’s cool how songs rise on the chart that’s super cool to me. Now skipping all the way to her second album no top ten hits at all and she’s literally 100% popular and she’s not getting too tens?? Idk seems weird to me. Mind you shes being added to playlist and stuff so shouldn’t she be going up on the charts just weird to me. I feel like the charts need to just be updated because it’s basically impossible to get a top ten solo hit now so yea. I’ve been playing the game for a while now so these recent updates have lowkey made me not want to play and I don’t wanna give up on this game when it has so much potential.

I love this game so much I stay up a late night trying to get a number one single or album but every since all the new updates it is so hard to get a number one song and it it’s so hard to get streamify to notice you! I think you guys should make it where we can reach the top of the charts a little better and I think you guys should make a page where you can see all of your songs that are on the charts on one page and a separate page showing the charts. I feel like all the robots just keep beating me at every turn I go and it’s always the same robots on top and I could never get my spot where I belong lol because I make great songs and I spin long hours trying to figure out what song I want to release next but then by the time I do that all the robots are still out beating meat by a long shot. When will it be my turn to shine and I mean shine hard..

Like I said I really like the game. In fact, I spend more time playing this during free time than any other phone game at the moment as I happen to like simulation games quite a bit. The thing that gets to me though is the writing process for songs. My writing stat is maxed out, heck all of my stats are atp and yet when i submit a song or album to be released and stuff the label (Empire Records) tends to tell me that the song(s) hasnt hit the required threshold to be released, which is 75. Why are some songs getting as low as like 50 or 40 still when the stat is maxed out? I try to make sure im always doing themes that are “In season” but it does not seem to matter sometimes. Other-times a song will randomly be rated at 80 something with the same theme both written in close proximity. Is it because Im solo dolo as an artist? If that factors in (which I hope it doesn’t but whatever) then Ill just have yo hire people and build their stats too but at this time im very confused.

I’ll start by saying I’ve loved this game for about half a year now. The simple menus with so many options made it great. The backgrounds behind the character were cool to see. Everything was great. The layout was perfect and I got used to it.
But the layout changed in the new update and honestly I hate it. It changed something that didn’t need changed. I know there might be some people who disagree, but I don’t think the new layout is good. At all.
Hopefully in the future we can get an option to change it back, or maybe even reverting back completely.

Besides that, the game is great!

I like the game and have been playing through updates. I wish there was some type pf description to see what stats affect what, like what’s the purpose of urban appeal, indie appeal, commercial? When you do the events to boost your fans what stat helps make sure you get a good outcome? Which ones affect the crowd on tour? I drain points into tons of skills blindly hoping it improves certain aspects of my characters career, but what they directly affect seems kind of a wild guess. Maybe a help section or something for future players to look at so they’re not wondering the same thing also.

I have loved this game since I first found it on MusicWarsRockstar Store. Though since the new update three days ago, there have been some bugs that are quite annoying and make the game less enjoyable to me. While the new layout of the game is cool, I believe some updates need to be made immediately. The first bug is whenever you go to the shop to buy pants or a shirt for your character the screen is mostly black and what is left of the images appears to overlap each other. The second bug is whenever you get a few weeks into the game the default look for your character starts to overlap with what your customized it to look like and no matter how many times you log in and out of the game nothing changes. The bugs continue onto the appearance customization section when you click on the picture of your characters face in upper right corner. All the options for hair, pants, shirts, eyes, etcetera, also overlap with each other within gin the boxes you would click on to chose whatever you want.

This game is very addictive and I love playing it! I don’t find many games this enjoyable on my phone so I’m very happy with this!!! A few suggestions I have though is Can we please be able to have a family in the future, That would be amazing also can we please lower the bandspot merch store requirement a little maybe 25,000 for shirts or lower I just feel like I’ve been playing for a very long time and I still can get pass the first Plan! Btw I love the update with the career stage and many more country’s I feel as it made the game a bit harder and I like it a lot! Please take changing the requirement for the plans on Bandspot in consideration I would like to sell more things than Shirts and CD’s!!😂😁

I love MusicWarsRockstar it puts you in the musicians position without actually being in the real life position, I love that you get to create and be who your ideal person is but the only take away that I would say is that the charts are not accurate when you win a number one it won’t say that on MusicWarsRockstar so if you win three number ones like on the actual billboard in real life, It will show three number ones but it in the game really only show two,
should really fix that bug but other than that, no complaints from MusicWarsRockstar whatsoever besides the inaccuracy when it comes to the billboard charts in the game

This game has been great but recently there has been this new glitch with the flop era. In all of my careers lately I will release an album and it will go number one with great ratings in the first week and then in the second week my album would drop down and all of my songs would fly off of the billboard 100 and the game will tell me I am in a flop era. This never happened to me before the last update. But can you please fix this glitch because it hinders my careers as I can never get out of it because even though my next songs or album can do good ratings it will still put me in a flop era or even worse a Career Slump. Other than this I love this game and it is very fun and by far the best music simulator game.

Ok, so overall 5 stars because it’s definitely none the less the best music artist simulation! Compared to other games this game offers many genres, gives you many character design options, and is very flexible. I have been playing for almost a year and a half now. Now to say the least it has had a major design change for the better, but what I have noticed each time gets more bugs. So hopefully bugs, can be fixed for example the fact that slots 2 and 4 don’t let you continue your progress and glitch your avatar (hair especially)! Now onto other feedback while I’m giving some. First please put our more updates, I remember getting and update in March, May, and a little one in July, but now it’s November and I know this update has been a little delayed, but it’s been a while. I know the next update will change the landscape of the game, but I hope it comes out soon! Now another thing I have to say is please do not add record labels, first off all every game I see that’s giving the option for making labels that part exclusively has so many glitches and lags! But please do add stuff like more social media for promo, and selling beats! By the way if your seeing this here is some advice:

- make tons of vinyls before album released (and a couple cds)

- use slot 1 or 3 I’ve had so much luck in them

- to have a lot of streams on albums make a plethora of singles

It keeps bugging out and it will change my characters name and make the genre change to rapper and then when I add band members it makes them then I’ll go back to the main play screen and there will be a creepy random character that stands there in front of my actual character and my character moves and the other one doesn’t I’ve left the game multiple times trying to see if that help but it didn’t and now if I start trying to play it anyway it will freeze and glitch out and I’ll restart the game again and it will freeze again

Overalll the game is amazing is truly good I play it all day long but the thing that I find frustrating is the song ratings I have maced out all the categories singing wrapping songwriting ext but I’ll make a song then it’ll be rated a 5 or 6 making it hard to accomplish getting a diamond record it took me 6 years to achieve a diamond record even tho I maxed out my stats so what I’m asking is that you guys make the rating of the songs we make more accurate base on our character’s abilities please and thank you.

This is by far the best music simulator out there, just needs a few Improvements & additions to make it PERFECT, PRISTINE. Top Of The Line -

Add Modding capabilities for those who want realism. Add your own photos & Artists/ etc.

Add Radio Airplay. The Buzz 100 should completely mimic the Actual real Hot 100, with Radio influence your position on the chart along with garnering a new audience. Streaming also seems very hyper inflated along with sales, most artists don’t do large sales anymore, with radio & streaming mostly accounting for chart points.

**Replacing Sales With Chart points on the Hot 100. Concert streaming into sales & sales into Chart Points (Hot 100s Formula) Radio + Streaming + Sales. This would be much more realistic. **

Add the ability to ATTEMPT at Getting a hashtag trending on chattr, if a promotional tag, Have it give a positive small/large (depending on how trending) boost to the upcoming video/single/album etc. also add the ability to promote videos, Or Your Merch. Also have random news tweets about chart achievements for artists.

Need random controversy events that affect artists & their Song stats.

Some suggestions but mostly focus on The Hot 100 Chart & Adding Radio into the game (Sending Your Single To Radio, See how many radios your song is added too, how many spins it’s getting per day, etc etc, with Radio Song chart . (Most Played Songs Each Week) and ability to buy influence (Although it doesn’t do much)

I am very disappointed with the game I downloaded recently. It is extremely buggy and crashes frequently. The gameplay is glitchy and the updates are useless and do not fix any of the major issues. The developer barely drops what the players ask for, such as new features, modes, and items. They only care about making money and not about the quality of the game. I regret wasting my time and money on this game.

I love MusicWarsRockstar I personally have a few things or you could say ideas with it. First of all very addicting and I have nothing to hate about I do believe the change in following on social apps could be touched i thinks it’s a little unrealistic if you don’t release or a bad image is made of you and you lose hundreds of thousands of followers. I also believe you could utilize the Bandspot website more maybe changing it so you can get more stock with out have to click through the shopping cart each time or a notification when you sell out possibly even the chance to promote it on social apps. Lastly would be cleaning up the “releases” page I think once you drop enough music your older albums get lost in the bunch I sometimes don’t even realize how many I’ve made for ones that don’t hit charts. I also don’t know if you changed this but when releasing an album seeing the singles and featured songs on there seems cluttered if there was a way to just see brand new songs at one time would be cool thanks love the game
