I am trying to register my account and it says my account have been registered already but could not access the app or receiving any OTP as of now. Can you please check and rectify the issue at the earliest
Hello, the lady at my child's vpk accidentally entered my info wrong so when I signed up it set me up only for the child's page. I need the adult page because they won't let my daughter into her school if I don't get this figured out. Is there ANYWAY you can just erase my account so I can sign up again with the adult page. Crashes

I’ve had the app since our daycare switched to this and it’s horrible. It crashes so often if you try to look at old photos just from the last week or past events (diaper changes, feedings, etc) the daycare inputs into the app. It’s horrible!
When I go into the app, I have to skip this introduction every time. It takes a second, but I would like a simpler way to quickly see how my kid is doing at daycare.
I wish our daycare stayed with the previous app.

Photos don't work. Cannot scroll photos and then the app just does and have to restart. Statement feature is dead, where are my payment and invoice information? The menu at the bottom is totally confusing and can't figure out how to get from the first 3 symbols to the other 3 symbols. Guys come on.

Will not let me register. No app support. This is such a let down since the learning experience uses the app for many things and I can’t login or register.
