Hello, the lady at my child's vpk accidentally entered my info wrong so when I signed up it set me up only for the child's page. I need the adult page because they won't let my daughter into her school if I don't get this figured out. Is there ANYWAY you can just erase my account so I can sign up again with the adult page. Photos don't work. Cannot scroll photos and then the app just does and have to restart. Statement feature is dead, where are my payment and invoice information? The menu at the bottom is totally confusing and can't figure out how to get from the first 3 symbols to the other 3 symbols. Guys come on.
