Somehow Lime has figured out a way to make all the supposed “improvements” worthless. This app didn’t show any tasks for months, then like others have said, only shows tasks on a 250mi^2 map view that is useless bc even a child’s finger can hit what amounts to a dot a couple pixels across… zoom in? There are no tasks. Both online and phone support are next to useless “I am forwarding this to someone higher up to help” or there’s never a supervisor available at whatever time of day you call…then 🦗🦗🦗🦗 in each case. And my local managing contact at the main warehouse has ghosted and no one seems to comprehend it’s a problem, nor tell me if he’s been replaced, new number, etc… what started as an easy side gig is now just me trying to contact & complaining… all for no pay bc this “improved” app stops me from doing the work

Ever since lime started using this app, it’s been glitchy. For example: zoomed out of the map, you can see vehicles that need to be picked up/moved/returned etc. with ease. As soon as you zoom in and try to select a scooter, all vehicles that we available to move dissapear and the app shows no tasks. As soon as you zoom way out again, the tasks re-appear.
Fix this, otherwise this app will die a fire ey death if it doesn’t let you do what it was intended to do.

I can ride scooters just fine but the juicer app doesn’t work. It says sign in to the rider app, switches to it, and then says “sign up failed - region missing”
There’s nothing else I can do but report the bug I guess.
