I was hoping to enjoy some Chinese related shows with English subtitles, but the app does not display any text on the screen. There is an option that ask if you want to show subtitles, the font size and the language you want the subtitles in. I follow all the steps yet nothing gets displayed on the screen. It would be really helpful if this gets fixed quickly, and also it would be great if there were a frequently ask section where users questions could be answered

I just purchased a monthly VIP subscription and, it’s still asking me to join vip! So took my money then nothing. Should have read the reviews. I’m not the only one that had this problem. Update: they should make it easier to contact and get a reply from customer service, and, not blame the customer for doing something wrong. I shouldn’t have to read through other reviews to figure out what to do. It should be clear what you’re purchasing when you hit “purchase v.I.p subscription”. If there are different types, “full” and “guest”, as the response said, it should say that during purchase

The new update finally fixed the issue with screen mirroring orientation problem but now the issue is when I mirror my iPhone screen to my Mac, the video on my Mac is slow and lags behind the normal speed. It’s frustrating that there are constantly issues with this app. I’ve already updated to the latest version and restarted my phone to see if this corrects the issue but still having the same problem. I’ve already reached out to the customer service email and they haven’t responded yet.
