Paid subscription not working

I just purchased a monthly VIP subscription and, it’s still asking me to join vip! So took my money then nothing. Should have read the reviews. I’m not the only one that had this problem. Update: they should make it easier to contact and get a reply from customer service, and, not blame the customer for doing something wrong. I shouldn’t have to read through other reviews to figure out what to do. It should be clear what you’re purchasing when you hit “purchase v.I.p subscription”. If there are different types, “full” and “guest”, as the response said, it should say that during purchase
Video Lags when using Screen mirroring

The new update finally fixed the issue with screen mirroring orientation problem but now the issue is when I mirror my iPhone screen to my Mac, the video on my Mac is slow and lags behind the normal speed. It’s frustrating that there are constantly issues with this app. I’ve already updated to the latest version and restarted my phone to see if this corrects the issue but still having the same problem. I’ve already reached out to the customer service email and they haven’t responded yet.
Screen orientation for iPad still not fixed

I was told by their customer service that this issue would be fixed in September. It’s now October, and I can still only watch dramas through 1/4 of my iPad screen. Why is it so difficult to fix so we can watch full screen? Complete waste of my money for VIP status. The worst of all the apps. Customers are apparently a joke to them.
