What a disaster. My NAMM experience is ruined

This app stopped working on the first day of NAMM. I lost access to the calendar I made and all the features I was counting on to browse the event. They were also asking for a phone update on the day of. Who’s gonna update their phone when they’re already there? Do they know it takes hours? And lots of battery? Totally useless.
