You are falsely advertising your app. I purchased a subscription for TigerDataRecovery to recover pdf files. TigerDataRecovery does not recover pdf files where it clearly says recover all files in your description of TigerDataRecovery . I have tried to contact your support and left message with regards to retrieving pdf files and never got response. Additionally when you run the application, even before it starts scanning the device, it does not have an option for pdf files that have been deleted. The options available, other than photos, are to recover lost messages from various communication apps. eg whatsapp and the likes.
I am surprised that you still insist that your app recovers pdf files. It might recover pdf files that were in messages in say WhatsApp but it doesn’t even give you the option at your starting menu. Also, I tried repeatedly to contact your support service and got nowhere. I might have previously felt a little bad about my review but I think that it’s only deserved.
