Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Blu app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Blu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Blu app on iPhone
Update Blu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Blu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Blu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Blu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Blu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Blu app issues:

Force Stop the Blu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Blu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Blu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Blu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Blu.

Fix Blu unable to contact server/ Blu internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Blu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Blu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blu on android.
