Every time I click on something it jumps to a different part of the map

On iPhone 14 Every time I click on a location, the details pop up on the bottom but the map jumps southeast. Like if I click on Varre it’ll take me to the peninsula. Then I have to scroll all the way back. Unusable. Plus the categories that you want to track don’t get saved like in the web version

First off, there's two prices. If you purchase the pro version on desktop, it's $5, but if you purchase through apple appstore, it's $7. Kind of annoying.
Second, I paid for pro after it said I can track as much in as many categories as I want, but no matter what I click as "found," the next time I reload on desktop or mobile, none of my finds will be saved, leaving my map a cluttered mess again. Takes an hour just to manually go through and remark everything, only to lose those changes later anyways.
Something like this is supposed to save time and help me remember what dungeons I've cleared... not add prep time just to see what I've been doing.

Can’t see any map

I just downloaded the app. When I open the app, the map is completely blank white with all the waypoints overlay. But the most important part the actual Elden Ring map is not showing up at all. I updated my iPad software to the latest and tried redownloading the app multiple times but still the same result. This is not useful.
