4 Most reported problems 😔💔
Your app is incredible. However, it doesn't seem compatible with Mixamo by Adobe. By this I mean that the Obj and FBX file formats do not pull in textures. I realize that Mixamo is not your product. However, my use of your product is somewhat dependent of compatibility with common tools like Mixamo. Meshes load beautifully. Textures just don't load. If you suggest something like running your files through blender to get a good format, I'm totally ok with that too. I just need some sort of guidance that someone has, in fact, accomplished this.
Not convincing me to pay for this app

It’s nice you get some free scans. The first scan I tried had been processing for 6 days before it errored out. I had tried a second scan and that errored out after 4 days. I know the free scans are low priority for processing but this does not make me want to pay for the app. You should give one scan high priority so the user can see what they would expect with the paid subscription. Is the higher priority 10 minutes for processing? 10 hours? 10 days? How much longer does low priority take? Like I said, I’m not paying for something that is this uncertain.
