I just got charged $10 and cannot even get one plant identified! It’s down loaded the same picture on several times and still will give me no information!would LOVE my $ back!!!

Didn’t identify the plants correctly. I knew about half of my plants the other half. I wanted to see what they were. But it did not identify the ones that I absolutely knew what they were.

If I am not in my house PlantIdentifier doesn’t work. Now I want to cancel and it doesn’t recognize I have an account. So why did it charge my account? Please cancel the account.

The two pics a day doesn’t work… you take two pictures but in order to id the plant or add it to your garden you have to sign up for the plan.

I took pics in several setting and none of them uploaded to PlantIdentifier . Completely useless

Took many photos of my flowers and was not given any help. App doesn’t do work. Cancelled it also couldn’t get a refund. Don’t waste your money

PlantIdentifier does not identify. It’s asking me to identify from the range. Then does not tell me how to care for the plant.

PlantIdentifier was supposed to be free but they want to change you.

I cant really comment on how good PlantIdentifier is. You have to pay a monthly fee to use it to identify plants. 9.99 a month is more than i want to pay to identify the occasional plant or weed. 10.00 a year would be more my speed

This plant app just gives you a bunch of guesses and then tries to upsell you.

This soup software is terrible. It can’t identify sumac versus poison sumac and gets stuck on the search screen so you can’t get back to the main menu. Definitely not worth $10 a month. I plan to ask for my money back.

I pay $49.99 and the program never work and the developers never pay me back.

I own my own lawn care and landscaping business and have been using PlantIdentifier for a little while. It has helped me recommend to clients the type of plants they may want in certain areas of their garden beds. It has also been helpful in identifying particular types of weeds so I can find the most effective way to rid my clients of their issues. PlantIdentifier has been a great tool to aid in certain aspects of my business.

In addition, I work in wildlife rehabilitation. I need to harvest browse daily for my patients. Picture This has aided me greatly in ensuring I give my charges the right food; that I don’t mistakenly offer them something potentially toxic or unpalatable.

Whether I’m walking in the woods or around the neighborhood, I use PlantIdentifier to identify plants I would like to add to my garden. Also, it has been a valuable tool for diagnosing disease and insect issues along with providing solutions.

Trying to figure out if the stuff in my yard is poison ivy, but learning a lot about the other plants as well. Had it for 5 minutes and I love it already

I have a new leaf on life of plants using PlantIdentifier. It is completely thorough and accurate. No more contact with poison plants and the ability to treat sick plants is totally awesome. Highly recommend PlantIdentifier.

I alway check at least two sources, but as far as I can tell PlantIdentifier has not been incorrect! Great tool!

Excellent app. I am able to identify plants/trees/bushes that I find interesting on my walks or when I visit the Chicago Botanical Garden.

Each time I try uploading a photo for identification I get an error message.

I’d like to recommend suggesting for environment and ideas for garden vegetables or fruits

I bought the subscription. Every time I try to I’d a plant by photo it sends me to the purchase app page. I even tried to purchase again and was told I already purchased it. I tried to reload the subscription and was told I didn’t have a subscription.

Don’t know what to do. I gave it two stars because I’ve seen how well it works on other peoples phones.

I paid for the lifetime plan and PlantIdentifier has not worked once. It just spins/not responding continuously. I emailed support and received no response. Don't purchase PlantIdentifier.

Everything is so slow.
Apparently will also hold hostage your pictures until you have payed.

I choose PlantIdentifier out of the hundreds of other plant apps and the plant diagnosis is horrible. It’s giving me the same general advice that I was getting when doing a google search. If you need reminders of when to water your plants google and use your calendar reminder for $0.

Never got to app just keeps loading

I scanned two plants which has been uploading for over an hour.

Then I went to scan another flower growing in my garden and it will not scan takes me to payment (which I have already processed.
