Didn’t identify the plants correctly. I knew about half of my plants the other half. I wanted to see what they were. But it did not identify the ones that I absolutely knew what they were.

PlantIdentifier does not identify. It’s asking me to identify from the range. Then does not tell me how to care for the plant.

I bought the lifetime pro subscription. PlantIdentifier only allows me 2 photo look ups per day. Then it sends me to the purchase page. I even tried to purchase again and was told I already purchased the subscription. I tried to reload the subscription and was told I didn’t have a subscription.

I’ve tried to contact the developer and it appears that their e-mail address is no longer valid.

They are taking the money and not delivering.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

If the developers read this please remedy this situation and I’ll change my review.

I choose PlantIdentifier out of the hundreds of other plant apps and the plant diagnosis is horrible. It’s giving me the same general advice that I was getting when doing a google search. If you need reminders of when to water your plants google and use your calendar reminder for $0.

I scanned two plants which has been uploading for over an hour.

Then I went to scan another flower growing in my garden and it will not scan takes me to payment (which I have already processed.

This soup software is terrible. It can’t identify sumac versus poison sumac and gets stuck on the search screen so you can’t get back to the main menu. Definitely not worth $10 a month. I plan to ask for my money back.

I just got charged $10 and cannot even get one plant identified! It’s down loaded the same picture on several times and still will give me no information!would LOVE my $ back!!!

I paid for the lifetime plan and PlantIdentifier has not worked once. It just spins/not responding continuously. I emailed support and received no response. Don't purchase PlantIdentifier.

If I am not in my house PlantIdentifier doesn’t work. Now I want to cancel and it doesn’t recognize I have an account. So why did it charge my account? Please cancel the account.

I took pics in several setting and none of them uploaded to PlantIdentifier . Completely useless

The two pics a day doesn’t work… you take two pictures but in order to id the plant or add it to your garden you have to sign up for the plan.

I have paid for a lifetime subscription and cannot find the link to activate my account. I have reached out to Apple, inc to cancel my subscription because every time I send an email to you, it comes back as undeliverable… mailerdemon.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to this several months ago. Can’t get online it just continually keeps loading. I contacted them. But I cannot get through. My email service is there email refuses to accept my email. Whatever that means at any rate, I have paid for a lot times subscription to this and haven’t been able to use it one time and I can’t get a hold of them for help. I’m very frustrated and I’m very unhappy with PlantIdentifier .

I cant really comment on how good PlantIdentifier is. You have to pay a monthly fee to use it to identify plants. 9.99 a month is more than i want to pay to identify the occasional plant or weed. 10.00 a year would be more my speed
