This app is being used to scam people. Fake Customer service numbers for reputable companies are snagging people, then using this app to record your screen. I tried to get a return label and somehow was charged $500 for Apple gift cards. Thankfully I was able to shut down the transactions and have notified my bank and credit card companies. Developers: you know this is being used to scam people. Ethically you bear some of the responsibility. I may have gotten my money back but I lost 2+ hours trying to stop the scam.

if I could put a lower star rating I would. I tried talking to “Apple support” to fix a WIFI ISSUE on my iPad and the guy had me download this app to view my iPhone screen. I was asked to go into my settings and personal information in addition to being asked my age and banking information (he tried to get me to open my bank account for a two-factor authentication when I had a issue with connecting to wifi). THIS IS A SCAM DONT DOWNLOAD FOR ANY REASON LOOK AT THE RATINGS FIRST. PLEASE.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

thank you to those that left reviews, called apple support, got routed to someone who requested we download this app and it was incredibly suspicious. called on my own phone, followed his instructions, and he hung up. called on my moms phone, followed the instructions and was asked to use the camera to verify identity, when we asked why that was necessary he started YELLING for us to “JUST DO IT” and we immediately hung up, blocked the numbers, and deleted the app. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
