Close and restart the TempSpike app on iPhone
Update TempSpike app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TempSpike iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TempSpike on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TempSpike network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TempSpike app issues:

Force Stop the TempSpike App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TempSpike app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TempSpike to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TempSpike App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TempSpike app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TempSpike.

Fix TempSpike unable to contact server/ TempSpike internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TempSpike » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TempSpike » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TempSpike on android.
